Pro: We immediately felt at home. The apartment is very cozy and fully equipped. The contact persons are very friendly and helpful even during the Christmas holidays. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the grocery stores and maximum 10 minutes to the vaporetto stop. We had a fabulous time. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apparent. Ivana

Amazing complete apartment near the beach

Pro: Amazing house! It has more utensils than my own kitchen. Everything is of very good quality. The house is in a great location and surrounded by nature. 2 blocks from the main street so you still enjoy the silence while being close to the movement. The beach nearby is also amazing and walking distance. Very calm water. You can pay between 30 and 50 euros for an umbrella with 2 chairs by the beach. There is a free beach also 600m away. There is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The host was also super nice!

Contro: Nothing! Just don't forget your repellent anywhere in Venice :)

Amazing!

Pro: Very nice flat, well equiped, extremely clean. Situated in a nice location away from the crowd but with very easy access to all the other islands using vaporettos. The owner is extremely kind, helpful and responsive (English speaker as well). I can recommend this accomodation to anyone willing to have a great trip to Venise. Thanks very much Maria Teresa !

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Liberty, everyone was happy 😃

Pro: Location was perfect for us, a boat ride away from Venice mainland and 5 min walk from the beach as well. Lovely restaurants nearby and supermarket. The property was lovely, everything had been thought of, it was clean, cool and comfortable. The host said we could call her anytime if we had any worries or questions which was great.

Contro: Mosquitoes were quite bad in that area although they had special grids over some of the windows so this enabled us to have windows open at night if you didn’t want the air con on. Just be prepared with your repellent!!

Der Urlaub fängt mit dieser Unterkunft an.

Pro: Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft und werden sicherlich noch öfter dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen und das ganze Ambiente hat diesen gehobenen charmanten venezianischen Stil, den man einfach nur lieben kann. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber doch zentral zur Promenade/zum Ortskern und auch zum Strand. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück parken und wird danach eigentlich nicht mehr benötigt. Fast alle Fenster haben einen Mückenschutz und die Klimaanlage hält das Apartment schön kühl.

Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!

Pro: Eine wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Komplett mit allem was man benötigt, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc. Alles sehr sauber. Top Lage auf dem Lido mit Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück.Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und zu den Wasserbussen sind es auch nur 10 Minuten.

Perfekt!

Pro: Alles war super. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles war super sauber und das Haus sehr gemütlich. Einkaufstrasse mit Supermarkt in Laufnähe, Strand und Vaporetto- Station ebenfalls. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns gut beraten, vom Restauranttipp bis zum Bootsfahrplan mit allem geholfen.
