Visita a Venezia

Pro: All’arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla Sig.ra Cristina che, oltre a rispondere prontamente a ogni quesito/messaggio, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Si denota l’attenzione per l’ospite, rappresentato anche dalla disponibilità di alcuni prodotti per consumare la prima colazione come “set” di benvenuto. Pulito e comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone, l’appartamento è anche attrezzato con gli accessori utili alla preparazione dei pasti, ma il suo vero punto di forza è la comodità e la facilità con raggiungere Venezia, sia in auto sia con i mezzi pubblici. Inoltre, per qualsiasi necessità, nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono diversi esercizi commerciali, tra cui un paio di supermercati.

Contro: Sebbene non utilizzata poiché non ne avevamo la necessità, specifico che l’utilizzo della lavatrice è a pagamento.

Ottimo per una fuga a Venezia!

Pro: Appartamento molto ampio, ricco di tutte le comodità.

Contro: Nulla.

Spacious apartment close to public transportation and nice friendly hosts

Pro: Spacious apartment situated in a quiet area of Marghera, close to the bus stop for reaching Venice and also close to Mestre train station. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and provided us with all the helpful information for our visit, including a printed Venice guide.

Contro: No significant complaints. It only felt a bit cold due to lower temperatures outside and the cold floors without rugs.

Highly recommended!

Pro: Propreté, situation (transports publics, bar, magasins), tranquillité, places de parc.

Perfection

Pro: I loved everything about this wonderful apartment. Situated in a great location. Amenities all around and bus links into Venice and Mestre within a 5 minute walk. Spacious apartment with big rooms throughout. Eveything you could ever need in a stay. Loved the little touches like water, tea/coffee and breakfast bits. Great host and very informative when questions asked.

Contro: It was perfect, nothing.

Comfortable and welcoming apartment. Christina, the host, went out of her way to provide advice on the local area.

Pro: Clean, spacious and well equipped. Very close to transport into Venice and supermarkets nearby

Pro: The host was amazing and very responsive. She provided us with a lot of information and tips for Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Pro: It's close to the main supermarket and the bus to Venice. The neighborhood is rather quiet.

Very lovely and comfortable

Pro: We were pleasantly surprised that the hosts were waiting for us, helped with the luggage, showed us the apartment, and gave info about what is in the vicinity - several supermarkets, a bar, and public transport. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. It was a pleasant change after the previous apartment in Venice. There was an electric water can, tea, coffee, some croissants for the first breakfast, a hair dryer, soap and shampoo, and towels. And two balconies - it was lovely to have breakfast on a balcony and hear the birds singing. The area is nice, green and not very busy. Bus No 6 and 6L going to Venice is a 6 min walk form the apartment. A bar is just opposite the apartment. Can get loud in the evening, but as the bedrooms are not facing it, it was not disturbing at all.

Contro: If you are not a very early bird, then the noise from the neighbor's apartment at 6 am might be a bit annoying. The walls are not sound-proof and you can easily hear a neighbor snoring, flushing the toilet, or showering. But then again, you do not stay there to sleep late but to go and enjoy Venice and its surroundings.

Great place and host, definitely stay again !

Pro: 1. Host waited me inside of the room and handed over the key & little bit of suggestions/tips 2. Room is clean and cozy, many things I might need are placed 3. Mestre station takes 12 minutes, Bust station to Venice takes 7 minutes from the house by walk 4. Neighbourhood is quite and clean, no worries at all
