Bellissimo weekend

Pro: Un appartamento bellissimo, nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione ottimale per raggiungere Venezia e l'host è stato impeccabile sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Dovessi ritornare a Venezia, sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo Casa Umberto.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Davide gentilissimo, ha fornito chiarissime indicazioni

Pro: L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato , arredato con gusto, molto ampio , pulito. Cucina attrezzata di stoviglie. Macchina del caffè con cialde. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Ideale per famiglie . Posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata del bus per arrivare a Venezia in 30 min.

Pro: We loved the property itself - very nice facilities + the owner- very helpful, good communication and flexibility. It's clean, quiet, close to bus stop to Venice (3 mins walk) and 2 supermarkets near the bus stop(Lidl&Mega).It was the perfect place to return to after a full day in busy Venice, for sure would stay again during a next visit! Very modern and close to Venice

Pro: Modern and well-equipped house. Outside the center of Venice but a short bus ride away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Friendly and helpful host. He let us leave our bags in the apartment first thing in the morning so we could explore Venice.

Contro: The shower in the suite's bathroom is very slippery and would benefit from a non-slip mat, and the shower in the other bathroom leaks a lot, flooding the bathroom.

Pro: The apartment was bigger than what it appears from the photos. There were 3 bedrooms, 4 beds plus sofa bed, which was more than enough for us. We loved the space. The kitchen was fully operated and has everything. Superliked the property.

Contro: The location was bit remote. There are bus stops nearby but it is quite confusing regarding the bus schedule. Also not easy connectivity to train stations.
