Great place, just not greatest location for price

Pro: Great amount of space, loved having 2 bathrooms, good washing machine facilities. Largest kitchen in any of our italy stays and it was great and clearly high quality. Bus stop close by and great pizza place right around the corner. Clean with comfy beds

Contro: A bit expensive for the distance and time it takes to get to Venice by public transport if that's your main objective.

The flat served it's purpose. A safe, somewhat central unit close to transit and highways.

Pro: I liked the space and the kitchen. The apartment was very clean. It was located in a good neighborhood and was easy to get to the highway.

Contro: I didn't like that we had to take the garbage out to a dumpster that was a little far. It was a pain because it was raining.

Perfect stay near Venice

Pro: Perfect stay, easy and quick travel into Venice. Near shops, bus and tram. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Good communication from the owner.

Pro: 1.coordinating with Giovanni - the host was very easy 2. rooms were very clean and spacious 3. bathroom was big 4. washmachine was available 5. location was good too. there is a bus/tram which takes directly to venice ferry station 6. airconditioner in rooms are available 7. utensils were available but limited.

Contro: 1. wish there were more utensils in kitchen 2. air conditioner in living room was not working properly

Great accomodation

Pro: Apartament located in a quiet area. Beds were very comfortable. Instructions left by the owners were very helpfull in getting your way around the points of interest in the town.

Contro: A small espresso machine would have been very nice.
