Pro: Eravamo in 5, l'appartamento è spazioso, la cucina grande e ben attrezzata. La posizione va bene per visitare Venezia, la fermata non è proprio davanti alla casa, ma facilmente raggiungibile. Ottima la pulizia, molto gentile la proprietaria.

Comfortable and nice apartament with very good location

Pro: Very nice and cozy apartment, with full facilities, there was everything you could think of to make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Great location, 15 mins walk to Mestre train station, close to shops, little bars, restaurants and other public transport amenities. Excellent communication with the owners Julia and Franco, who are very helpful and answer all the questions. We had a bottle of nice wine as a good start to our stay ☺️

Contro: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Pro: Everything was very thoughtful. You could find in the apartment more than juat the nessesary facilities. Aslo the guest was very helpful.

Really nice apartment in good location for Venice.

Pro: The apartment was lovely, with a great kitchen and bottle of wine on arrival. The location made it easy to travel into Venice on the bus. The hosts provided a cot for our baby. Off-street parking out back.

Contro: The host Franco was very rude when checking in, maybe he was having a bad day. Three flights of stairs to get to the room were hard with bags. We had to make the beds ourselves.

Lovely welcome and stay very conveniently situated for Venice.

Pro: Lovely hosts, we were met on time even though we arrived late at night and had lovely communications and an excellent stay. There were even some welcome meringues and biscuits which the kids really enjoyed (and we really enjoyed the sparkling wine!). Thank you Julia and Franco!

Pro: The owners were very flexible with the arrival time.

Pro: The apt. was ideal for 2 couples. The host was kind and left us a bottle of wine (unfortunately, we did not drink it as we returned very late every night) and coffee capsules for the espresso machine. The room was spacious and with enough storage space and light.

Contro: The toilet looked a bit old but clean enough.

Great family stay - base for Venice

Pro: A beautifully presented and spacious apartment for our family of 5. Nice safe neighbourhood within an easy bus ride of Venice. Great base to also access the trains to make day trips to Verona and Padua etc.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Encantada con los dueños del alojamiento, muy serviciales, todo muy limpio, las toallas y sábanas olían genial, camas muy cómodas y la ubicación a 6-7 minutos de parada de bus para ir a Venecia isla. Además al lado de la parada hay un Lidl para comprar por si quieres hacer comidas en el alojamiento

Contro: No hay nada que no me gustara todo fue genial
