Pro: Un' accoglienza che va oltre i normali convenevoli. Francesco è un host semplicemente strepitoso. Si prende cura dei suoi ospiti come se fossero di famiglia. La casa grande, comoda, veramente pulita e a 10 minuti da Venezia con autobus.

Pro: A very clean and charming apartment, with a well maintained vintage feel. The location is very close to a supermarket and a bus stop, and a nearby public parking always had several free spots. The owner was very friendly and helpful with guiding us around Venice (we appreciated the small welcome package :). We can confirm all the other guests' evaluation of 10, and would happily come back.
Contro: Everything was perfect, but I would recommend using a bank card when paying for public transport around Venice (tram, bus, vaporetto) and only buying paper tickets as a backup.

Pro: The apartment is spacious, very well maintained, meticulously clean and tidy. Every detail as if it were your own home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can possibly need. There is also air conditioning. The landlord, Francesco, even gave us a nice welcome gift, a huge bowl with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as pasta, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. Great! The apartment is on the first floor and easily accessible with luggage. Free parking is available app. 50 meters from the block of flats, right next to the bus stop. It takes only 10 minutes and 3 bus stops to Piazzale Roma station, from where you can take the vaporetto. Comfortable and stress free if you want to avoid using your car. Francesco is a very nice guy and he helped us with everything, the first batch of bus tickets, infos about local shops and gave us many tips. He responds quickly and in a friendly way. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pro: Everything about the place was fantastic! Francesca is a host like no other and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even supplied us with bus tickets on the night we arrived and gave us a lift to central Venice. He had a bottle of proscecco in the fridge for our enjoyment as well as spaghetti biscuits and fruit. His attention to detail is amazing as he has Everything needed for a comfortable stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. It also helped having two bathrooms as well as a washing machine. He even had washing liquid on hand! The location is excellent and is a 7 minute bus ride from Venice. The bus stop is down the road. There is also a supermarket close by. This is home away from home!

Pro: Location close by bus stop to Venice. Pharmacy supermarket close by. Airport proximity. Owner Francesco was very helpful you call him and he is at the door!

Wonderful apartment, in very close proximity to Venice and Mestre, with a fantastic host!
Pro: From the outset, our host Francesco was brilliant. Before we arrived, he was able to advise on how to get to the apartment with ease, even offering to pick us up from the airport for a very small fee. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We even had a separate loo & shower room, and a full bathroom that was extremely useful. The location is fantastic. There is a supermarket on site, and the bus stop to Venice and Mestre Train Station is less than 5 minutes walk away. We had a wonderful \

Great value, comfortable and beautifully kept home.
Pro: So clean, everything sparkled. Two separate toilets which suited our 4 person stay. Host Francesco was super helpful with complimentary wine on arrival as well as the ingredients to cook a spaghetti dinner. So thoughtful! He also had organised bus tickets for the next day so we could go into Venice itself.
Contro: Nothing really, perhaps the two single beds could have latex “toppers” to soften them. Although we have noticed European mattresses are generally very firm.

Pro: We really liked staying in this location. The area is quiet, the bus stop is close. Francesco is an extraordinary host; he welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, pasta and pesto; he helped us a lot with transport tips, parking and sightseeing directions. The house is the same as in the pictures, it is equipped and equipped with everything you need, the cleanliness is perfect, the beds are very comfortable. We warmly recommend it, we will come back if we want to see Venice, Murano, Burano again.
