Elegant apartment
Pro: An elegant apartment in the heart of the city and without the hustle and bustle. Mrs Caroline very friendly gave us all the information we needed. Good choice to stay in Venice.
Contro: It would be good to have the air conditioners serviced and cleaned.

Pro: We had a lovely stay at Ca' dei Libri. The flat was in an ideally situated location -- a bit off the beaten path so it did not feel extremely touristy yet central in location to all of the sites we wanted to visit. The flat was very clean, beautifully decorated and very charming. We loved the altana on the roof for our breakfasts and late night refreshments. Communications with the host and the check-in/-out were very easy. We would gladly stay here again!

Great stay at Ca dei Libri
Pro: Caroline was the perfect 'host' she explained everything both facilities/what to do etc. The location was great, close enough to everything San Marco (10 mins), the 'bus' stop, San Zaccari (2 mins) Rialto (15 mins). Supermarket, Panettaria, and other shops all very close. The property definitely had character. The roof terrazza was a bonus.
Contro: The bathroom is a on the cramped side but was ok. The property had no lift so would not suit someone with mobility problems.

Pro: Super Lage im Zentrum venedigs, Dachterrasse mit Blick über die alten Dächer venedigs, Küche sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet, kein Fernseher, man fühlt sich wie bei Oma zuhause. Gastgeberin sehr nett, erklärt am Anreisetag die Wohnung und danach kann man in aller Ruhe, ungestört, genießen. Bei Problemen existiert WhatsApp. 2 min bis zur vaporetto Haltestelle, 5 min. Markusplatz, strategisch gehts nicht besser
Contro: Küche minimalistisch Kein Fernseher

Un rêve dans la ville de mes rêves
Pro: La maison dans un style purement vénitien, sublime. La terrasse en bois typique de la Sérénissime, dite l’atana (je crois), un luxe incroyable dans cet écrin merveilleux. Et l’incroyable localisation, le quartier San Marco est accessible à pieds en 10 minutes, de même que le vaporetto encore plus proche. L’accueil gentil et flexible, en français qui plus est. Grazie Mile.

Heel charmant appartement
Pro: Een heel charmant appartement, smaakvol en met veel zorg ingericht! Klein, maar werkelijk alles is er.
Contro: Dit appartement is heel geschikt voor een wat jonger stel, wij, ouder stel (77), hadden wat moeite met het feit dat de badkamer niet op dezelfde verdieping was als de slaapkamer. (Gelukkig was er wel een toilet naast de slaapkamer)

Pro: Location was great! Easy walk from S Zaccaria stop with good directions from host. We loved having a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and clothes washer. They did great things with very little space. Bed and pillows were very comfortable !
Contro: For those of us not familiar with a washer/dryer combination, instructions on the different options would be beneficial.

Pro: A very charming and cozy apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. The two air conditioners last through the hot hours of the day. - Eine bezaubernde und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die beiden Klimaanlagen halten über die heißen Stunden des Tages hinweg.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terasse
Pro: Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet mit toller Terasse.
Contro: Das Müllentsorgungsthema in Venedig ist bekannt. Schwierig ist es, wenn man am Tag der Abreise (Sonntag - da gibt es keine Müllentsorgung) getadelt wird, dass noch Müll in der Wohnung ist und das obwohl man der Vermieterin mitgeteilt und gezeigt hat, dass man am Samstag extra um 7:30 aufgestanden ist um den Müll an die städtische Entsorgung zu übergeben. Hätte ich mir lieber gespart und alles in der Wohnung gelassen.

Pro: L’altana ou nous avons partagé tous les repas possibles La décoration recherchée et élégante, son caractère unique L’abondance de livres variés dans tous les petits espaces Les escaliers ( de pierre avec rampe en fer forgé, l’escalier bateau pour les enfants) L’ingéniosité de l’aménagement des espaces La localisation près d’un canal et près de la place St-Marc Le calme et confort du logement La qualité et abondance de la vaisselle et autres artefacts nécessaires au séjour
