Contro: Va bene così per il prezzo pagato...

Pro: La stanza prenotata non era disponibile a causa di alcuni lavori, peró il proprietario ci ha riservato un'altra accomodazione in un'altra struttura. Un free upgrade degno di nota, da bagno condiviso a bagno privato, la stanza con un letto matrimoniale, una TV con tutto il necessario e molto spazio a disposizione. Inoltre nella nuova locazione era presente una cucina completa di utensili, forno, microonde, fornelli e di tutto e di più. Servizio impeccabile e disponibilità superba.

Ottimo soggiorno economico a Mestre

Pro: I proprietari davvero gentili, anche se siamo arrivati all'alloggio alle 22, ci hanno accolto e dato le chiavi senza problemi. Vi consiglio di chiedere indicazioni precise per l'appartamento, altrimenti c'è il rischio di perdersi (Google Maps non è preciso). La camera rispetta le aspettative, è grande e comoda, e ogni giorno vengono cambiate le lenzuola. Anche il bagno (che è condiviso) era pulito e ben attrezzato (c'è il phon). L'appartamento è a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre, comodissima per arrivare a Venezia!! Assolutamente consigliato!

Pro: È un luogo sta bene, é semplice per passare la notte o alcuni notti, ha cucina comune e gli spazi sono puliti. É un buon posto per cercare prezzo e anche vicino alla stazione di Mestre per la.via principale, molto bene collegato con i servizi di trasporto, siamo arrivati dopo le 1:00 di notte con l'autobus. In questa epoca.d'estate ovviamente fa caldo, ma ha ventilatori. Loro sono gentili y disponibili. Si può pensare anche per la famiglia in tutto l'appartamento. Grazie per l'accoglienza!

Contro: Per la.luce del sole tutta la giornata,.la camera é calda, anche il materasso sta già sicuramente da cambiare, curvato. Le asciugamani sotto i ventilatori.

Pro: Non fa pagare la tassa di soggiorno, è un signore super disponibile, stanza pulita e casa pulita;

Pro: A location very easy to get to from tge airport, and the bus stop for a bus to Venice is very close too. The room was huge, and the kitchen was well-equiped.

Contro: There's 1 bathroom together with a toilet for 3 rooms. There wasn't anyone staying besides us (another family left early in the morning), but if all the 3 rooms are occupied, I imagine it could be a bit of an issue.

Great location with reasonable price

Pro: The location with the reasonable price is the strong point at this accommodation. It takes only 1 minute to get to the Bus no. 2 stop, which directly goes to the Venice Island. As we were family, we sometimes had to prepare some meals and snacks. We were able to cook here very comfortably in the kitchen. The male manager Arif was kind to host us, and even upgraded our room to a tripple room. The cleaness and quietness was also nice while we were staying here. If we plan to visit Venice, we will definitely revisit here :)

Contro: Nothing we had

Pro: The host were very friendly, he allowed me to store my bicycle in the room

Pro: It’s good value for money. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. It’s located near Mestre central station.

Contro: There is shower curtain in the bathroom but some people would not use it or not use it properly so all bathroom would be flooded.

Pro: Good localisation, the bus stop directly to Venice was 2 minutes from the apartment, and the train station was 15 minutes on foot. The room and facilities were quite clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay like ours.

Contro: The inside of the fridge and shower curtain could be cleaner. The furniture was quite old, but that wasn't a problem for us. The air conditioning was loud.
