Beautiful location and space.

Pro: The location was excellent, and we liked the amount of space there is in the flat - especially the three bathrooms! Host was very responsive and helpful via text.

Contro: The double bed in the pink room was a little uncomfortable, but nothing terrible!

Perfect stay, I would recommend absolutely.

Pro: Very good stay at Emmalu ! Everything was perfect for 7 persons, it is very comfortable and cosy and there's everything. The host was very responsive, he brought more towels and sheets rapidly when we asked, and he brought an ironing machine, which was useful.

Contro: Maybe it's a bit far from Piazza San Marco because it's a 15 minutes walk and you can get lost easily at first, but for us it was okay because the surroundings are very quiet and silent.

Super apartment in great location

Pro: Super apartment. Well located. We felt really at home there and it was great to return there after a day out in lovely Venice. Having a bathroom for each room was excellent. Great restaurants nearby. Well located for vaporetto.

Contro: The TV in the living room did not wiork, but this did not really bother us.

Pro: Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la parada Fondamente Nove. Lugar tranquilo y cercano a los sitios más emblemáticos. El apartamento tiene lo necesario para la estancia en Venecia, es cómodo y agradable. La relación calidad precio es bastante buena.

Apartamento cómodo y bien situado

Pro: El trato del anfitrión insuperable!! Disponible en todo momento, atento, con recomendaciones y consejos. Mejor imposible. La casa perfecta para un grupo de 7 personas. Nadie tenía que dormir en el sofá. Las camas eran cómodas. La ubicación en una zona tranquila pero a 5 minutos andando del Vaporetto, a 10 del Rialto y a unos 15 de San Marcos. La calefacción funcionaba bien y la casa estaba muy calentita (fuimos en diciembre). Lo recomendamos 100%

Contro: No hay ascensor (muy normal en Venecia) pero es sólo un primer piso. En una de las habitaciones había una pequeña gotera en la chimenea que nos mojó las cosas que habíamos dejado ahí. La temperatura del agua de la ducha del estudio no se regulaba bien, pero no supuso un problema porque había dos baños más en la casa. El menaje para cocinar está bastante desgastado. Alguna almohada extra hubiera estado bien.
