Pro: Casa accogliente e pulita. Gestore molto educato e disponibile. Servizi soddisfacenti.

Contro: Il parcheggio un po' difficoltoso, bisogna lasciare spesso l'auto NEI dintorni

Pro: On a direct route to venice and a 20 min bus trip away from a huge shopping center. Our second stay here and we'll be back. Agent easy to deal with.

Nice location and clean house

Pro: The location is great, on the green side of the neighbourhood, clean and nice for walks. A few minutes away from the bus stop, on a nice little street to have a walk and stop for groceries or coffee. The apartment is great and it has everything you need for a nice stay.

Contro: The heating wasn t on, due to the authorities for the time of the year and was a little cold, because outside weather. We used the AC for heating and was ok.

Good, can recommend

Pro: Facilities inside the house including kitchen were awesome

Contro: Location is too far from main streets

Nice apartment!

Pro: The apartment was nice, we slept very well. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. It was also great that there was a direct connection to the center of Venice and to the train and bus stations.

Contro: I have no ideas, but bring slippers because the floor was cold.

Venice newbies

Pro: Loved the accommodation. Extremely clean and well presented. Air conditioning was a huge bonus and didn't disappoint. Bed very comfy. Didn't use the kitchen but having an iron, good shower, hairdryer lovely. Netflix easy to use, WiFi great and easy to log onto. Apartment was very secure in a complex so was not worried about valuables. Communication excellent with agents/landlord.

Contro: Only negatives I would say would be perhaps if there was a basic welcome basket, few teabags, milk, small jar of coffee, sugar and water to welcome guests. We didn't arrive until 2300 so would have been really welcome due to flight delays. Also if the keysafe could have been at the gate of the property instead of being at the agents would have made things alot easier and less stressful when hot and tired. Also for the taxi driver. Perhaps details of what bus/train to use to get to Venice as basic info. pack for tourists. How to get a bus ticket etc. Had only enough euros to pay taxi driver, so perhaps an option to pay tourist tax with the original booking to save the worry etc. Didn't realise until leaving I.e night before leaving and were already tucked up for the night that we were expected to leave cash on the table with the keys.

Pro: 交通非常方便，不远处就有公交车直达本岛。房间很大很干净，设备齐全，小区环境非常好，很安全。下次还会选择住这里。

Pro: Dispone de todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días

Contro: Solo para viajes con coche

Pro: El apartamento es comodo y está en una zona tranquila. Tiene muy buena comunicación con Venecia, ya que la linea 2 está a 5 minutos andando y acaba allí, por lo que es muy sencillo llegar. Además hay mucha amplitud horaria de buses.

Contro: El checkout es muy temprano, a las 10 am
