Venice Marine - 10 minuti da Venezia

Pro: Posizione ottima per le nostre esigenze e con molti servizi vicini a noi. Sistemazione in generale confortevole e pulita con anche un notevole servizio clienti, ci sono stati forniti asciugamani puliti a metà soggiorno e erano molto raggiungibili al telefono.

Contro: Era stato preannunciato fin dal momento della prenotazione che sarebbe stata necessaria la fattura, questa è arrivata solo dopo 4 chiamate inutili al loro numero e l'unica risolutiva chiamata al servizio clienti di Booking per segnalare il disservizio. Peccato, tutto il resto era andato molto bene.

Elegant, cozy apartment close to Mestre station

Pro: The apartment is located very close to Mestre train station, yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe and comfortable — just like at home. The apartment is bright, elegant, spotless, and beautifully decorated with charming nautical details. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, which is perfect if you prefer cooking instead of eating out. A wonderful place to stay — cozy, stylish, and ideal for exploring Venice and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Pro: Stayed for 2 nights. Great location! Less 5 minutes walking distance to nearest bus stop to Venice (took Bus no.2 stop at Piazalle Roma), grocery shop, asian market, halal food and self service laundry. Less 10 minutes walking distance to Venezia Mestre. The apartment is on the ground floor and car parking is just in front the apartment which is free. I will definitely book again in the future

Contro: Having difficulty to use the washing machine because it's in Italian. There's no detergent for washing machine. Should provide some condiments for cooking and sugar, coffee/tea. Single beds quite small even for asian size.

A great location that is cheaper that staying in old Venice. Wonderful Sushi and Korean food options

Pro: Excellent location in Mestre. 5 mins walk to the station and 1 min walk to the bus stop to get into old Venice. The photos on Booking.com don't do the place justice. It was really homely.

Contro: The key lock was a little fiddly

Pro: Šalia autobusų stotelė, iš kurios vyksta autobusai į salą. Buvo viskas, ko reikia apsistojus kelioms nakvynėms. Šilta.

Contro: Labai girdisi kaimynų trepsėjimai.

Pro: Muy cerca de los lugares turísticos, sin estar en la zona peatonal

Contro: Enchufes de pared muy antiguos

Pro: Die Lage ist perfekt. Man läuft nur 5 Min bis zur Bahnhof. In der Nähe gibt es noch Supermarkt.

Contro: Wasserkocher fehlt leider.

Pro: ４泊で利用しました。メストレ駅には徒歩で４分ぐらい、立地はとても良いです。スーパーマーケットは公園を挟んだ先、徒歩１分で食材はなんでも揃います。建物はかなり古い感じがしますが、中は綺麗になっており、おしゃれな装飾も嬉しいです。２ベッドルームでかなり広々としています。ベネチア島に観光に行くための拠点と考える方には良いアパートです。ベローナだとちょっときついですが、パドバなら２０〜３０分で行けるので、日数的に余裕がある旅行なら、このアパートは駅近でありベストに近い環境です。洗濯機は運転パターンがよくわからず、思ったように洗えませんでした。これは悪い点ではなく、使用法がうまく理解できないことが問題なのですが、ともかく洗えたのはよかったです。

Contro: 換気扇が回らないので、ガス台を使う時は、怖いので窓を開けました。またガス台は左手側手前は点火ができませんでした。３口あるので特に困りませんでしたが、生ガスが出て換気扇が回らないのは怖いです。点検が必要だと思います。湯沸かしポットか薬缶（ケトル）があれば良いと思います。お茶やコーヒーを入れるのに、湯沸かしに鍋を使いました。

Pro: La ubicación estaba súper bien. El apartamento está cómodo para cocinar

Contro: las camas chicas no eran cómodas, y no fueron muy flexibles a la hora de hacer el check in, que eso se valora cuando uno está viajando.

Pro: Közel van a busz amivel Velencébe be tudsz jutni. Parkoló a ház előtt. Könnyű a házba való bejutás. Hálószoba szép. Ágynemű, törölköző tiszta! Szállasadó segítőkész. A linket a Velencei napi díjról átküldte útmutatóval.

Contro: Poros padló, a mosogató a poharak tányérok,tükör ,nem volt tiszta. Nyilván ha lett volna mivel el is mostam volna. Elmosogattunk magunk után, sajnos csak sima vízzel. A konyha felszereltsége hiányos tiszta konyhatorlő esetleg szalvéta nincs.
