Pro: Mi è piaciuto tutto... posizione perfetta vicina alla stazione di Mestre, casa perfetta, bellissima, pulita. Host fantastico, super attento, accogliente, estato sempre disponibile sia prima del soggiorno che durante. Bella accoglienza con bevande e cialde per caffè che fanno sempre piacere. Se ritorneremo a Venezia sicuramente tornerò qui!

Pro: appartamento ampio e pulito, ben ristrutturato di recente e ben attrezzato come elettrodomestici (forno, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè a cialde, lavatrice, asciugatrice), comodo ai trasporti pubblici, disponibilità di posto auto privato in strada, wi-fi gratuito e ben funzionante
Contro: unità esterna del climatizzatore rumorosa e serramenti datati

Pro: Posizione ottima, non distante dalla Stazione Ferroviaria e dal terminal Bus per Venezia ed Aeroporto. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e materiali di qualità; pur in zona centrale, la zona è tranquilla di notte ed il sonno è di ottima qualità; Materassi perfetti. Cucina ottimamente fornita. Molto consigliato per famiglie/Gruppi per soggiorni a Venezia, con i vantaggi della terraferma. Anche per soggiorni brevi e di media durata per chi lavora va benone (in zona ampia scelta di ristoranti e negozi e parcheggi). Assistenza del proprietario attenta e assai disponibile. Vale la pena di provarlo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pro: Un appartamento davvero al di sopra delle mie aspettative. Ampio, ristrutturato ai minimi dettagli, pulito, accogliente. Dispone di elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca che non trovi facilmente altrove.
Contro: La zona. Nonostante sia cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre, ha le sue problematiche specialmente di tarda serata.

Pro: I had a wonderful stay in Venice! Ruhi was an excellent host — very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and matched the description perfectly. Overall, it was beyond my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

Pro: I must say, I had a perfect night at Casa Bauta in Venice. It's only a ten-minute walk from the train station, making it the perfect choice if you don't want to stay on an island. The room was very clean, and Ruih provided us with drinks, coffee, and some snacks. Check-in was very convenient, and communication was excellent. I would definitely choose this place again if I travel here again!

Pro: All was great. Great service of personnel and good apartment for 5 people. 3 bedrooms, all are clean. Convenient location near railway station.
Contro: It may be colder in the apartment than you expect (if you are travelling not in a high season), but it was not a problem. I just leave it for you, kind readers, as a hint :) For us everything was perfect.

Comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located for exploring the region!
Pro: Perfect apartment for a large family group or several couples! Each room has its own space and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like delicious coffee available throughout our stay and mini snack bars as welcome gifts. The location is ideal if you want to explore Venice and nearby cities like Padua, Verona, or even Lake Garda — we even managed a day trip to Bologna! The train station is just a short walk away, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Pro: Everything it was really lovely! The rooms were really clean, confortable and beautiful! We had also a free minibar, it was lovely! Thank you so much for making our stay nice!
