Excellent apartment for couples. We highly recommend it
Pro: Fully equipped apartment: bedroom with very large double bed, kitchen with all necessary utensils, bathroom also with replacement towels, soap, shampoo. Living room with generous space and comfortable furniture both for serving lunch, for example or coffee, powerful air conditioner that covered the needs of the entire apartment, terrace with table and chairs, etc. Close to facilities, supermarkets, bus or train station.

Pro: The room is spacious, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and there's an open balcony.
Contro: That would be great if there is a air conditioner in the bedroom and place is a little bit far from the Mestre station but overall a good experience to live here.

Nice apartment with terrace easily access to Venice
Pro: Near by supermarket and bus stop, easily access to Mestre or Venice train station, I appreciated that this building is equipped with elevator, and the apartment with terrace
Contro: Could not do later check out and could not keep the luggage neither

Pro: Excellent apartments, you can save on housing in Mestre, Venice is only 15-20 minutes away by bus or tram. There is a large supermarket nearby, many cafes, a quiet area, quiet at night. The main advantage is a magnificent terrace, it is great to see off the sunset, meet the morning, we had breakfast and dinner there, a wonderful place! Check-in was quick, attention, strictly until 21:00, plan your arrival in advance..
Contro: I will add: a kettle. Possible disadvantages in the summer: it can be hot, since the apartment is on the top floor.

a cozy apartment if you are with a group or family
Pro: the apartment is located in a convenient place near the station, there are many large supermarkets nearby. excellent view of the city from the terrace. clean and safe entrance. quiet area. inside the apartment there is everything you need for cooking, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works well and quietly, there is hot water. the owner is always in touch and answers all questions.
Contro: need additional air conditioner in bedroom

Pro: The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I could cook everyday like I home. It was perfect for my 3 week stay. The location is very convenient to services like the 4L bus to Piazzale Roma in Venice, PAM and Interspar supermarkets and many places to get apertivi, coffee, and local International spices and more. if looking for a gym, I recommend Dynamis, Mauro is great.

Chill and relaxing
Pro: This apartment is really nice. It's on the top floor, so it has a terrace where you can sit on chairs, eat, and chat, which is very relaxing. The entire apartment is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked, and everything is very clean. The landlord/ householder is really friendly and nice as well. I would give it top marks and recommend it to everyone.
