Pro: Posizione eccellente. Appartamento pulitissimo e molto comodo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolti con un pensiero molto gradito.

Pro: L’appartamento ha reso l’esperienza Veneziana ancora più coinvolgente. Piccolo ma essenziale, di carattere e in una zona vicina a tutto ma lontana dal caos. Pulizia perfetta. Elisabetta veramente super gentile e appassionata. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pro: Elisabetta è molto accogliente, l’appartamento è bellissimo e pulitissimo, molto tranquillo e vicino ai trasporti. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

A little gem in a great location.

Pro: The property was in an excellent location and was very quiet. It was beautifully decorated and all the furnishings seemed very new- it was not like a rental property and was pristine. The host was very responsive and it was very easy to access the apartment.

Contro: Overall the property was fantastic but because we were there for 6 days and I was unwell so in the property a lot of the time, there were just a few minor things we could have used like a small side table to put a drink on, a tea towel etc

Staying in Venice not as a tourist but - a little bit - as a venetian!

Pro: The newly renovated apartment, where I stayed for 3 nights, is located directly on a canal in the quiet and original sestriere (neighborhood) Castello. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the area around Piazza San Marco, yet ideally situated to explore the city's museums and sights. The apartment offers, in addition to a bedroom and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (even with a washing machine!) and a dining and living area. Upon arrival, the very warm-hearted host explains everything. Afterwards, you can come and go as you please, and you almost feel a bit like a Venetian. Considering the high quality of the amenities, the price for this accommodation, which I highly recommend, is very reasonable. I felt very very comfortable in this place.

Absolutely amazing

Pro: We had a truly wonderful stay at Vista Canale. The apartment was beautiful, a fabulous location and an exceptionally kind and accommodating host. We had agreed to meet the host at 15:30 and got delayed but Elisabetta was so kind and understanding. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Excellent séjour

Pro: Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce magnifique appartement vénitien : propre, avec une décoration soignée et bien équipé. Son emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville, tout en étant au calme. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien. Elisabetta est très sympathique, communique bien. Nous avons été très contents du cadeau à l'arrivée. Quand nous reviendrons, si l'appartement est disponible, nous le réserverons de nouveau.

Pro: Appartement magnifique, bien dans l'esprit de Venise. Très belle vue. Nous y étions en hivers très bon chauffage. Excellente literie.

Pro: Bel appartement au calme et au centre ; bien équipé ; bon accueil

Contro: Rien si ce n’est pas vraiment de vue parce qu’au rez-de-chaussé ; pas beaucoup de lumière car en enfilade.
