Pro: la posizione della struttura è stata comoda, tranquilla e vicina alla fermata dell'autobus e al supermercato. molto pulita e confortevole. la proprietaria gentile e molto presente.

Delightful stay

Pro: Very cozy place, the host was very helpful and friendly and I strongly recommend Francesca's apartaments! It is located near 2 bus stations, so transfer to the centre of Venice is only 15 minutes.

Excellent family accommodation

Pro: Quiet location, outside the main part of the city, easy to reach by bus, several supermarkets nearby. Nearby is a bus stop from which a bus goes directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice. Francesca, is a great host, she wrote us information about the recommended mode of transportation before our arrival. After arriving in Mestre, she informed us about the bus to take and waited for us, handing over the keys, as our train was about 40 minutes late. Everything we needed was available in the accommodation. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

**Fantastic Stay for Family and Friends!**

Pro: We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Mestre with family and friends. The location is perfect, just a short bus ride to Venice, making it very convenient to explore the city without the crowds. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Francesca was very welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations and tips for getting around. Special thanks to her for helping us to book a taxi while returning to the airport. The rooms were spacious enough for both families and groups, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood after long days in bustling Venice. We also found nearby supermarkets and restaurants, which was very convenient for grabbing a bite or any essentials. Overall, this was a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay near Venice!

Contro: Things to Improve: The Wi-Fi connection was a bit poor sometimes, and the repeater didn’t work to provide stable signal throughout the apartment. Should have some more utensils in the kitchen, which would be helpful for families who prefer to make their own food rather than going outside for lunch and dinner. Air conditioner is available only in the common living area, but not in the room.

Pro: Great location, bus stop near and bus takes fast directly to Venice islands. Very friendly hostess. Great place to stay with friends and family.

Pro: A very friendly villa owner, who was able to help at any time. The apartments are located on the first floor and have private access to the garden. There is a small store next to the villa where you can buy all your essentials

Pro: The apartment is located in a very well urbanized but quiet area of Mestre, just few minutes away from the bus stations to Venice, which is a 15 minute ride. Plenty of space in the rooms, all facilities are great, the place is fresh and clean. Just outside the apartment you can find a small store offering great choice of cheese and prosciutto, and basically anything you might need for your stay. Next to it there is another great place offering variety of wine options. Our host Francesca, which by the way owns the small store next to the apartment, was very kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and greatly contributed to our overall experience. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend Villa Andrea to anyone considering visiting Venice

Pro: Notre hôte Francesca, très gentille, toujours disponible et attentionnée. Le logement est à 15mn environ de Venise en bus, l'arrêt de bus est à même pas 5mn à pied. Et il y a un arrêt en face pour Mestre centre.

Pro: Nous revenons tout juste de notre séjour à Venise et nous avons passé d'agréables moments à la Villa Andrea. La résidence est parfaitement située et au calme (arrêt de bus à 2-3 minutes à pied et 10 minutes de bus pour aller à Venise ; arrêt de bus également juste en face de la résidence pour se rendre à la gare en 10 minutes (nous devions prendre un train pour Milan)). L'appartement est bien équipé et très confortable pour 10 personnes. Un immense merci à Francesca pour ses conseils et son aide tout au long du séjour ainsi que sa gentillesse et son sourire
