Una Venezia molto rilassante

Pro: Struttura in una zona molto tranquilla, super consigliata per ritemprarsi. Una Venezia fuori dai consueti giri turistici. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci

Pro: Ottima posizione, strategica e tranquilla. Struttura pulita e molto calda. Anche i servizi sono stati ottimi!

Contro: Alcuni asciugamani non erano pronti al nostro arrivo.

Pro: Bell'appartamento al piano terra, situato in un'ottima e tranquilla posizione nello splendido Sestiere di Cannaregio. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Ponte Tre Archi, mentre la stazione di Santa Lucia e Piazzale Roma sono facilmente accessibili a piedi anche con i bagagli

Pro: Appartamento tranquillo , situato vicino al centro di Venezia ed alla stazione. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Contro: Nulla!

Nel complesso positivo per essere Venezia e vicino a Strada Nuova

Pro: Un appartamento bello grande, posizione silenziosa. Bello il bagno e la cucina nel complesso.

Contro: Cucina poco fornita di utensili, tovaglioli. Set bagno minimale con asciugamani molto piccoli. I cuscini del matrimoniale a mio avviso troppo sgonfi, andrebbe data l’opportunità di averne altri 2 a disposizione da poter utilizzare. Avrei preferito avere un lenzuolo e poi la coperta, invece di trovare un piumino di quelli uniti. Avrei messo una televisione in una delle stanze.

Pro: Posizione ottima! Self check-in comodo e veloce; appartamento spazioso e accogliente.

Great overall!

Pro: The location is great, easily accessible from the bus and train station. It's not as crowded as other areas so it helps to relax from the busy streets. Instructions from the owner are very clear and you receive prompt responses in case you have any questions! Easy self check in and check out. Great value for money to me! Slightly chilly not that bad as there is a blanket which will keep you warm even during january winter nights. There is a thermostat already set at around 19-20°C and cannot be changed. I didn't try to open the exterior window shutters but I would have liked to wake up to natural light, but I also didn't ask as it was not a big deal.

Pro: We loved to stay here ! The neighborhood was definitely our favorite, so I’d say the location is amazing. The host was really easygoing and quick responding! the whole check in/check out was also very easy system. The only issue we had was that the mattress was a bit broken on one side, but the bed is big enough and it wasn’t much of a problem for us. The apartment is a bit cold as it’s on the ground floor, but there’s heater and all other necessary things to be comfortable, including a hair dryer. The price was also a good deal! I completely recommend the place :) thank you!

Contro: As mentioned, we only had issue with the comfort of the mattress but it might have been an occasional problem - all the rest was perfect for us

Pro: Very big apartments, it is great that they have conditioner, also there is kitchen if you want to make some food.

Contro: The bed was uncomfortable, the bedroom feels damp
