Pro: Comfortable, well equiped appartment. Calm location. Just a few steps from the bus stop (direct bus to the city center early in the morning, later with one change). Grocery store nearby. And also very kind owner, perfect communication!

Pro: Great place! It has all the commodities of a house, everything was fully functional including the washing machine, highly recommend! A home away from.home!

Pro: Good location. Owner is very kindly and ready to give you every information / instruction you asked for. Apartment is great, big, cozy, clean, very well equipped. Reccomendation!!

Enjoyable stay and helpful host

Pro: The property was in a residential block which was well maintained and a cul de sac. Parking was on street and we didn’t encounter any issues. The property is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were very large. The kitchen isn’t the biggest, but is adequate and reasonably equipped. The bathroom also included a washing machine and there is a large balcony. The location was okay, although we ended up not using the nearby buses, preferring instead to drive about 10-15 minutes and picking up the main tram route to Venice. We found this more convenient than having to change buses, etc. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very secure. Our host gave us a bottle of pre-mixed Aperol Spritz, which was very welcome. Despite the stairs, we would stay again.

Contro: We had an issue with the shutter out to the balcony, however, this was quickly fixed by our host. There are quite a few stairs. There is no kettle to make tea, so I ended up boiling water on the stove in a saucepan. We put a sheet up to the bedroom window to block out the light to ensure we were not woken too early. The curtains are only thin nets and the shutters do not block out all the light.

Pro: Good location , bus stop at front. Quick bus ride from centre of town Staff very friendly and helpful , always checking in to see how we are travelling

Pro: Blizina javnog prijevoza i povezanost općenito. Miran i ugodan kvart i susjedstvo. Ima sve što je potrebno.

Pro: Curat, liniste, gazda de mare ajutor, am primit informatii legate de transport catre Venetia, idei de restaurante, ne-a placut mult.

Bardzo polecam

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, pomocny gospodarz, przestronne mieszkanie, bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

Pro: Is was perfect for our family. Is about 40 min to Venice with 2 busses (1.50 euro for 70 min would cover one way) you will safe lot of money 💰to stay outside of Venice. Apartment had everything you need,also washing machine is very helpful with kids and balcony for fresh outside drying.

Contro: Heather was on auto saving mode so if Heather's on then water cold ,and if I leave Heather on and leave then we coming back to cold place. Then I have to wait couple of hours to take shower because of house is cold. Also need more then one tv 📺, attleast one for kids ,one for adults.

Pro: Zrekonštruovaný, priestranný a veľmi čistý trojizbový byt v tichej lokalite, bezproblémové parkovanie pred domom. V blízkosti autobusová zastávka, supermarket i reštaurácia. Ubytovateľ Luca je veľmi milý a ochotný. Odporúčam!
