Breve soggiorno a Mestre

Pro: Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso molto positivo. Il livello di pulizia era eccellente e tutto corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto. L’appartamento si trova inoltre in una zona ottima, ricca di servizi. Da lì è stato semplice spostarsi comodamente con i mezzi pubblici.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia e siamo stati proprio bene. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla, ben servita.

Pro: La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario e anche della frutta e dei biscottini veneziani come omaggio all'accoglienza.

Contro: Potrebbe essere un'idea migliorativa predisporre il kit di cortesia in bagno

Perfect place in a quiet, well connected neighborhood.

Pro: It is a very cosy and quiet appartement. The owner waited for me at the place and showed me the apartment. It is very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and our bed very confy. The bathroom is well appointed. All the house was very clean. There is a tram and bus stop very close to the apartment. On the next street there is a very good supermarket and, to our delight, we discovered the perfect spot for a very Italian breakfast, pasticceria Tortato with excellent croissants and cappuccino.

Contro: It was not a problem for us, but be aware that there is no lift in the building.

Comfortable and cozy

Pro: It was in a good position, near the center and tram stations, there’s a big supermarket just beside and it was a quiet area. The view is really pretty, the apartment was clean and the owner was really friendly and she even left us fruits and cookies!

Contro: I wish there was a microwave but there is an oven so it’s really not that big of a deal. The pans do not have a cover however so keep that in mind when cooking. Otherwise everything else was well-equipped.

Pro: I had a great experience living in this apartment. It was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Great location—close to public transit, groceries, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient apartment.

Geräumiges Apartment und sehr guter Lage in Mestre

Pro: Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Matratzen nicht zu weich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit - auch wir fanden Kekse, Obst und eine Flasche Wasser vor. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe dem Zentrum von Mestre und der Tram Nr. 1, die nach Venedig fährt und auch sehr nahe bei einem großen Supermarkt, so dass man seine Einkäufe nicht weit tragen muss. Die Fotos des Apartments entsprechen exakt der Realiät.

Contro: Ich denke, es sollte mal erwähnt werden, dass sich die Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Lift befindet. Dies ist nicht für jedermann geeignet. Mir persönlich fehlte ein Toaster. Obwohl das Bad ziemlich groß ist, ist die Duschkabine sehr eng und klein. Wir waren 9 Nächte dort - da hätte eigentlich schon ein weiteres Set Handtücher zum Wechseln bereitliegen können.

Pro: Excelente atención por parte de la propietaria, muy atenta y amable. Dispuesta a ayudar y a explicarnos todo lo posible. Nos acompaño a aparcar el coche por la zona la verdad un 10 todo piso muy amplio y cómodo.
