Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla, silenziosa e molto comoda alla fermata del tram per raggiungere Venezia. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Cordialità, precisione, pulizia

Pro: La posizione è ottima, avete la fermata del tram e due passi, con un quarto d'ora state a venezia, casa bellissima, comoda pulita e precisa, il proprietario ti dirà tutte le indicazioni pissibili che ti servono

Contro: L'unica pecca che posso dare, magari perché nel lazio abbiamo altre comodità, l'immondizia non l'avrei messa nel pacchetto, per due giorni la signora delle pulizie poteva portarla via, senza che dovevo pensarci io . Ma non è una pecca è una cosa che per una vacanza di due giorni si può evitare di far fare al cliente. Certo che se soggiornate più giorni è giusto che buttiate voi l'immondizia.

Pro: Tutto perfetto! Pulizia ottima. Vicino alla fermata del tram per raggiungere comodamente Venezia. La struttura è attrezzata con tutto. Vicino anche al supermercato per fare la spesa.

Pro: La struttura ha tutti i confort necessari, oltretutto è vicina alla fermata del tram che porta direttamente a Venezia in 20min, e vi è inoltre un supermercato davanti alla fermata del tram, molto ben fornito e di qualità

Pro: Super helpful host, met us during check in, spared a free parking space for us.

Fantastic host, accommodation and location

Pro: This accommodation was very comfortable, super clean and well looked after. Denis, the owner met us on arrival and even saved a parking space for us outside the apartment. He spent 10-15 minutes providing instructions for the apartment and getting around. As first time visitors to Venice this was very helpful. Denis also gave us tickets for our first trip on the tramway to Venice. The location was very close to the tramway and grocery store. A lovely area and fantastic accommodation. We can highly recommend staying here. Thank you Denis.

Fabulous Mestra apartment, 20mins tram from Venice 😁

Pro: Wonderful host of a fabulous apartment in great location just minutes from the centre of Mestra and just 20mins tram ride into Venice. With a great kitchen, living room, balcony, master bedroom and bathroom we absolutely loved this apartment and highly recommend.

Pro: Apartment was super spacious and host is the best host you could ever ask for. He prepared all of the information you need to explore Venice ( by saying all you need I mean it ) , tram numbers , maps , places to see etc

Pro: Everything was superb. The flat was very clean and spacious and fully equipped with all that we needed. Denis, the host, is very details orrientated and also offered us one way tram tickets to Venice. Definitely recommended.

Pro: We loved staying at Denis’ apartment. It’s a short walk to a few supermarkets and the markets. Lots of street parking at the front also. The apartment is in a very quit spot and fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It was warm and clean and the kids room was so cute with all the little soft animals our son enjoyed playing with. Denis was also kind enough to buy us tram tickets to Venice. Highly recommend this place.
