Pro: Casa molto pulita e posizione comoda vicino alla stazione per prendere il treno per Venezia, fornito di parcheggi a pagamento multipiano o su strada

Pro: L appartamento è una chicca, il proprietario è stato super disponibile e gentile... ci ha anche consigliato luoghi in cui andare per mangiare e divertirci!

Contro: La zona della stazione non è il massimo ma viene ripagata dall appartamento e dal suo gestore !!!

Pro: Nice, spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, just like in the pictures. I recommend it.

Contro: The owner only speaks Italian, communication was quite difficult. We also had difficulty paying by card. If someone doesn't have a card reader, why can't they pay in advance through Booking.com, why only on site? I suggest the owner buy a portable card reader terminal. The other thing is, if we arrange an appointment, be there on time.

Clean, convenient location and a great host

Pro: We were a group of 6 friends and really enjoyed our stay in that apartment.The place was super clean, with all facilities needed for a comfrtable stay and in a super convenient location, very close to train station.The host was very friendly and welcoming. The day we went there there was a strike and he offered us for free to get us around Venice with his car. I will defintly go again to this place.

Pro: Clean, spacious, good equiped apartments, but you have to be reckoned with the fact that the air conditioner is only in the living room.

Exceptional Stay at Da Rosa in Mestre, Venice!

Pro: We absolutely loved our stay at Da Rosa in Mestre, Venice! The apartment's beautiful white-themed decor and spacious layout made it a perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing clear and easy check-in instructions and responding to our questions promptly. The location is excellent, just a short 10 mins walk to Mestre train station, making it convenient for travel. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a welcoming community, and we had no issues with the neighbors or surroundings. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, everything felt like a hotel! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was super fast, which was a bonus. We also enjoyed the nearby pizza shops and restaurants, which offered delicious and affordable meals. Overall, our experience at Da Rosa was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mestre. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Great location for visiting Venice!

Pro: location! Has air conditioning! Has washing machine. Grocery store and restaurant nearby, easily get food, water and fruit.

Contro: No elevator.

Pro: It is several minutes walk to the Mestre train station. The appartment is very new and clean. The host is also very kind and responsive. The wifi in the room works very well.
