CA ROSON Exclusive Apt in heart of Padua

Pro: l'appartamento è situato al centro di Padova, a due passi da tutte le attrazioni storiche e vicino a tutti i servizi, i letti comodissimi, a nostra disposizione tutte le comodità, manca solo il bidet ma i pregi della struttura sono così tanti che mettono in secondo piano questa mancanza, ci siamo trovati benissimo a tal punto che ci ritornerei volentieri. Super consigliato.

Contro: manca il bidet, ma in compenso c'è una bellissima doccia, supercomoda.

Pro: Ottima posizione, casa grandissima , edificio storico con parquet davvero un' ottima sistemazione per famiglie. Pulita e ordinata, si è rivelata una soluzione eccezionale per le nostre vacanze di fine anno passate a Padova. Ci tornerò di certo. Il prezzo è ok

Pro: Posizione e dimensione dell' appartamento, pregio dell' arredamento, pregio dello stabile.

Contro: L' ampio uso del parquet è esteticamente molto apprezzabile ma risulta molto molto rumoroso.

Pro: This apartment really is in the heart of Padova, within the pedestrian zone, and surrounded by beautiful buildings, and piazzas with markets by day and dining by night. Very spacious apartment, quiet, close to the supermarket. The owner was very helpful.

Contro: Because it is in the pedestrian zone, if you need a taxi then you should explore options in advance. We used apptaxi, but you need to set up a payment method in advance (you can still pay by cash if you want to, you just have to register your card to use the app); we called a taxi from Piazza delle Erbe, a short walk from the apartment, and it arrived within a couple of minutes (and it was visible on the app).

Lovely apartment in Padova city centre, near the university and old fruit market

Pro: Excellent location, right in the city centre in a historic buiding, near the old university and the old fruit market. Large apartment. Several nice pieces of old furniture. Well-equipped kitchen (incl. functional dishwasher and washing machine). Good beds and several types of pillows. Good communication with the host (remotely, we didn't meet).

Contro: The hot water boiler tank in bathroom has a small capacity (the warm water will finish quickly when taking a shower). Some of the dishes in the kitchen were literally dirty when we arrived. Small bathroom. There is a musty smell in the whole apartment. Low quality bath towels

Enjoyed the stay and the town very much, highly recommend.

Pro: Amazing location, wonderful cosy flat which makes you feel at home.
