Pro: Appartamento spazioso luminoso, funzionale e con amabile vista

Contro: Rumore.proveniente dal locale sotto l' appartamento, materasso della stanza più piccola non comodo

Pro: appartamento perfetto, pulito con tutti i servizi necessari per un viaggio di lavoro. consiglio.

Contro: l'unica problematica è stato il ferro da stiro, può succedere visto il poco utilizzo, aveva delle fuoriuscite dal vapore di materiale marroncino che ha sporcato le camice. RIPETO PU0' ACCADERE MA PER IL RESTO ASSOLUTAMENTE TUTTO PERFETTO!

Pro: Appartamento in posizione tranquilla , spazioso oltre le aspettative con tutto il necessario per 4 persone ( anche se noi eravamo in 3) . Tutte le zone di interesse artistico e culturale erano raggiungibili a piedi . I Gestori sono stati squisiti per disponibilità e gentilezza anche nella flessibilità sia del check in che del check-out.

Contro: non saprei era tutto al posto giusto nel momento giusto.

Pro: Everything was fine. Large comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities with a beautiful view of the river and the old town.

All in all it was a very good place, well decorated and tastefully done and close to sites.

Pro: We liked the size of the place, the comfortable beds, the hot water and showers, the washing machine (bring your own detergent) and a well stocked kitchen that we didn't use, but could appreciate.

Contro: I didn't like that for such a big spacious and priced place that there were 3 rolls of toilet paper and only tiny bars of soap and a one-shot shampoo package provided. It felt stingy and cheap. I was really not happy that they only prepared one bed and not two.They said that one has to ask for two rooms to be made up, otherwise only is- (small print that no one reads). Why would someone rent a 2 bedroom place and only want one of them. Thankfully someone from their property management group came with sheets. The wifi in the master bedroom isn't very good.

Fabulous spacious apartment in great location

Pro: A very beautiful, clean, spacious apartment and walkable distance to the city centre of Bologna. Beautifully fitted out with 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, ensuite with a bath/jacuzzi. Overall very quiet with double glazed windows so we didn't hear much of the Enoteca bar downstairs. 2nd generous bedroom with a separate bathroom. Great shutter shades to keep out the light. Kitchen was well fitted out with coffee machine and washing machine. Huge laundry adjacent to the kitchen with a deep laundry trough, washing machine and dryer, ironing board. 2 narrow balconies with one facing the river and ability to sit outside to enjoy the view. Free parking in vicinity. 10 minute walk to a large Eurospar supermarket and Hostaria restaurant just 2 minutes away had beautiful meals. Definitely would stay again.

Contro: Just had to be careful as bed in bedroom 1 was elevated on a raised platform/stage so would need a night light to ensure no tripping. No late checkout possible probably because it's so popular!

Most enjoyable due to the little balcony where we sat out for breakfast.

Pro: Little balcony overlooking the river. Spacious and modern other than bathrooms. Clean.

Contro: A walk into town? As usual early checkout.

Short stay in Padova

Pro: The flat is really centric, VERY BIG, very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. It is fully equipped for any need. Close to it there are bars and restaurants for breakfasts or dinners. Margarita was very kind and clear with the instructions and we had a seamless check in and check out.

Contro: Unfortunately the noise of a local bar/pub was very strong, especially in the bedrooms, Saturday night until over 3.00am. Very loud music and very loud chats. I had to sleep with ear plugs every day. Main bathroom needs a bit of a refresh too but it was ok for such a short stay.

Beautiful apartment with balcony in the Centre of Padova

Pro: We were welcome by the host at the entrance of the apartment, very nice lady and very helpful, she gave us some information and names of good restaurants in town. The apartment was superb, decorated with taste, and huge with a balcony overlooking the river. Just fantastic and close to the centre. We did enjoy very much our stay in the apartment and in Padova, beautiful and interesting city!

Pro: Light and airy apartment. Kitchen well equipped and lovely overlooking the river. We were 2 couples staying and everyone was happy

Contro: Some noise from bar below but soundproofing worked well when I shut the windows
