Very enjoyable stay overall, with excellent location and a welcoming host.

Pro: We had a very pleasant stay and were overall very satisfied. The welcome from Matteo was warm and highly professional, which made a great first impression. The location is excellent, and the rooms were fresh with no unpleasant odors. The balcony was a real highlight, offering a beautiful sea view.

Contro: The only issue we experienced was with the bathroom cleanliness, specifically the toilet, which could have been cleaned better.

Pro: The location was amazing. Looking out to the Grand Canal and Lagoon each morning watching Venice wake up was so special. The weather was perfect for our visit so afternoon drinks and snacks on the patio were a must

Pro: During this stay, my friends stayed at a nearby hotel, while I chose this apartment because I wanted to experience a more local atmosphere. Every morning, I looked forward to having breakfast while enjoying the view of the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore and the boats passing through the canal from my window. At night, after finishing dinner, I also loved the feeling of walking through the narrow alleys back to the apartment — it felt almost like returning home. Luisa, thank you so much for your help with the forgotten items and for making this stay such a memorable one.

Fantastic apartment in beautiful Venice

Pro: The location was perfect. The apartment was lovely and well equipped. The view from the spacious balcony was fantastic. Matteo, who met us and gave us the tour of the apartment, was knowledgeable and helpful.

Contro: The steps up to the apartment would not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Some of the steps have no bannister to hold on to.
