Pro: Appartamento in posizione strategica sia per viaggiare (vicino alla stazione) che per visitare il centro città. Spazi giusti per 2 persone. Fornito di tutto. Inoltre silenzioso ed accogliente.

Contro: 1a raccomandazione, togliere i rifiuti al checkout, non costa nulla, ma se incluse nei costi di pulizia perché preoccuparsene. La struttura pulita, anche se il retro delle tv raccoglievano \

Pro: Ottima la posizione vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria. Appartamento ultra carino, super accessoriato. Silenzioso il vicolo ed anche lo stabile. Pulitissimo !!!Check-in fai da te in piena autonomia. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno nella città del Santo: neanche dieci minuti e sarete in centro a gustarvi il caffè del Pedrocchi o uno Spritz in piazza dei Signori.

Pro: Posizione comodissima sia per spostarsi sia per raggiungere il centro

Contro: Spazi un po' ristretti ma per brevi soggiorni va benissimo

Pro: Essenziale e completo di tutto. Addirittura doppio schermo TV in camera e soggiorno. Presenti dalle scodelle al microonde.

Contro: Il letto un po troppo morbido .

Pro: The location was superb, 10 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk into town and or trams. Small but well laid out, good little kitchenette, decent toilet shower room, washing machine and air conditioning (it was a cold January somŵe didn’t use this, heating made the apartment very comfortable. Quiet location and decent supermarket (Pam) over the road. Nice to be woken by church bells in the morning. Loads of storage space.

Contro: Nothing really, could have had an additional smaller pan for cooking. No tea towel but we never got round to asking for one, the manager was very responsive by what’s app.

Pro: location, proximity to the railway, availability of everything necessary in the apartment

Contro: It would be advisable to improve the description of the process of obtaining keys, preferably in pictures.

All you would need as a base for getting a taste of the city.

Pro: Access was easy, the hosts were very helpful and communicative, the apartment was very well equipped (really good supply of kitchenware, cooker, fridge, washing machine etc) and the location is excellent for anyone arriving by train and wanting to see the main sights of the city - all easily reached on foot including the Giotto frescoes. A cafe, bakery and supermarket are all a couple of minutes away.

Contro: No dislikes really but the location and the compactness of the apartment - plus the fact that it's in a block of small apartments with fairly thin walls so other people's noise can be heard - means I feel it's great for a short city break but wouldn't work for a longer holiday base or to hang around in. I also found the chairs difficult to be comfortable in.
