Pro: It is very easy to reach Ca' Flavia before start your Venice Weekend. Every part and piece of the appartment is well planned, also represent high quaility. Perfect choice for family trip or group of 4/5. Adults can go out for drink or a nice dinner in 50/10 metres, teenage kids are safe and close. Excellent, thank you.

Excellent stay and a perfect place to base yourself for a few days exploring Venice, highly recommend.

Pro: Extremely high quality standard of accommodation and perfect for a family of 4. Excellent location and really appreciated Flavia’s communication before our stay and meeting us to take us to the property.

Contro: Only small feedback point: making available some extra pillows for the beds would be a good addition

If we visit Venice again we will definitely use Ca' Flavia.

Pro: Everything was perfect. The owner picked us up at the landing station of the vaporetto which was really convenient. She explained the apartment in detail and provided a bottle of Prosecco at the check-in.
