Contro: Per poter accedere all'appartamento la prima volta è necessario scaricare e utilizzare un'app e gestire gli scambi con la proprietà via Whatsapp. Noi non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a farlo, ma forse sarebbe corretto informare di questo i potenziali utenti già nella scheda di Booking

Pro: Atmosfera accogliente, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Appartamento impeccabile, la Sig.ra Luisa gentilissima e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in più, dopo il check out. Tornerò sicuramente.

Pro: Very comfortable apartment with an excellent location very close to a main vaperetto stop with direct access to the airport, main train station, Murano and Burano which runs until late. Beds are super comfortable with a small but very workable kitchen. Situated in a very safe area with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Contro: Nothing except we weren't asked for the city tax until the night before we were due to leave which was inconvenient. I would have rather have got that but of administrative business out of the way first.

Pro: Charming older style apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Great location- very quiet but close enough to tourist locations. Would highly recommend.

Contro: The Nuki check in system was a bit complicated but once we got access and got the keys it was fine.

Pro: It was amazeing..we loved the appartament ..spaciouse and lot of beds..easy to stay here5-6persons..1double bed in one room..1single bed in1room..and a couch for2-3persons in living room..nice terase also for the proper weather..all you need in the kitchen..safe area evan at late hours at nite like we came..quiet and beautifull..and Luisa what can I say: an amazeng lady,I loved to talk to her,very helpfull with all you need,the only regret is I did not have the honour to meet her in person...check in with the link and app was very easy also door code..all smooth and nice..I recomand from all my heart this appartement and Luisa to all who want to have a great time in Venice..for sure if is available on a future sejour we will stay here..thank you and our respect Luisa

Excellent would go again.

Pro: Location is excellent. Once you get your bearings you find its perfectly placed a few minutes from the centre of Venice but in an area that's a bit quieter. Everything you need is nearby, supermarket, restaurant and bars all within 5 minute walk.

Pro: Vanaf de boot een paar minuten lopen. Rustige fijne buurt met goed bakkertje om de hoek, Coop op loopafstand goede restaurantjes. Keukentje met openslaande deuren naar balkonnetje met groene clematis. Fijne bedden.
