Pro: Un appartamento carinissimo, spazioso e fornito veramente di tutto, dal detersivo lavastoviglie a tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, inclusi olio, sale, pepe, zucchero, caffè... E non è scontato quando si prende una casa per pochi giorni e si ha l' incombenza di dover fare la spesa mirata. Inoltre è dotata di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, forno a microonde. La casa è accogliente, molto pulita, in una zona centralissima ma comunque lontana dalle vie più caotiche della città, quindi silenziosa e tranquilla. Inoltre è veramente ad un passo dalla fermata fondamente nove per prendere il traghetto per murano. Per me consigliatissimo!

Pro: La casa è molto confortevole per una famiglia. La cucina ha davvero tutto quello che può servire. Anche il tostapane ! L’appartamento è riscaldato alla perfezione e in una zona silenziosa della città, vicina alla stazione del vaporetto e a utili servizi.

Meraviglioso

Pro: bellezza, pulizia, gentilezza del appartamento e di Luca non ci sono parole per descriverlo. A solo 300 m si trova la Coop , tutti punti strategici sono vicinissimi e facile da raggiungere a piedi. Se dovesse ritornare a Venezia oppure se sento qualcuno che vuole andare a Venezia consiglierei Luca senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie per questo bellissimo regalo di poter soggiornare preso la tua struttura.

A great apartment in a queit neighbourghoud with everything that you need

Pro: The location of the accommodation is great, the facilities provided are amazing, there is everything you need and even more, for a long or a short stay. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are only a several minutes away, and the neighbourhood is quiet at night. Communication with the host Luca went smoothly, and all questions were answered promptly.

Pro: We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is pretty good! Very beautiful quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only thing that i would add will be one full mirror. Otherwise, we were super happy in this apartment. Also, the host was really helpful! Thank you very much.

Pro: We found everything needed in the kitchen, also in the bathroom, perfekt beds ,it is a great apartment!!!!

A great base for exploring Venice

Pro: The host met us at the apartment and showed us around. A lovely, clean apartment in a good location. About a 2 minute walk to the closest water-taxi stop, and a 20 minute walk to all the main attractions. Quite a few shops, bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. There were also plenty of towels which we didn't know there would be. Had all the essentials, including kitchen items, cleaning products etc. We'd definitely book this again if we ever go back to Venice.
