Great location, bright & clean

Pro: The apartment was easy to find from Piazzale Roma, with clear instructions for check-in. It’s clean, bright, and offers lovely views of the canal. The location is fantastic and pretty quiet, yet just steps from shops, restaurants, bacari, and three supermarkets. Light switches for the stairs are conveniently located by the entrance and at the top, contrary to what a previous reviewer mentioned. We were able to walk to most attractions, and there are two vaporetto stops on the Canal Grande within 10 min walk. The beds were a little firm but comfortable. Overall, it’s a cozy and well-located apartment, we would happily stay here again.

Contro: Nothing major, just a few things to flag: For families: the top bunk has no sides, unfortunately making it not safe to sleep for younger children. The kitchen lacked some equipment - no large bowls for salads, only a couple of teaspoons, and the kettle didn’t work (we boiled water in a saucepan). There was also a note that kitchen cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. I totally agree the guests should wash their own dishes before check-out, but not to clean the rest of the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, the neighbour plays piano and sings until around 23:30. He plays well, but it might affect those who need complete silence or early sleep.

Pro: Excellent location, well equipped flat and very close to nearby local bars, cafes and restaurants

Pro: The apartment is so cosy and lovely place. We will come back. Felt home so warmly :)

Pro: Lovely little apartment on the edge of town. About a 15 minute walk to St Mark’s Square.

Contro: Nothing really. No tv but that didn’t bother us.

Pro: A very cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the canal, featuring some antique furniture, clean bedding, everything needed for cooking breakfast/lunch/dinner, and a helpful host who stayed in touch. It was a real pleasure to stay there

Pro: Great location yet quiet. Thomas kept on touch throughout and was helpful.

Pro: Great location; close to the action but far enough away to escape the crowds. Easy access and good communication from Thomas. Great night time atmosphere on nearby canal.

Pro: The accommodation was excellent! It was clean and cozy, beautiful view on Venice street and canals. The host was really helpful and kind. Couldn’t imagine better place to stay in Venice. The stop for water bus was near and the city centre was really few steps from the apartment.

Great location in a charming little apartment.

Pro: A super charming and cosy apartment with the view to the canal. The location is just perfect, close enough to the city buzz, but in a quiet square. Just a bridge away from the apartment there is a great cicchetti place and gelato shop.
