Pro: Accogliente e pulito con una ottima doccia con acqua calda sempre molto presente, letto e cuscini molto comodi e riposanti e posizione suggestiva
Contro: Manca il bidet e scarsa fornitura di attrezzi da cucina (per esempio adattatore per il fornello più piccolo uso moka)

Pro: We had a wonderful 4day stay. The location was excellent and the facilities comfortable.
Contro: The door was not always easy to open. We would have appreciated an electric kettle for heating water.

Lovely Venice hideaway for two!
Pro: Loved the location and watching boats go past. Bed comfortable, shower excellent, heating/aircon very good. Very clean and cosy.
Contro: Would have liked a kettle and toaster but otherwise all fine.

Great stay right on the canal.
Pro: The apartment is spacious and well furnished. There were clean sheets and towels and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, close to the grand canal and the airport water bus station. There is great view on the canal outside, which is very busy from early morning. The sound of the passing boats was not an issue for us. Easy check in and check out with locker. Host responds quickly. Overall, I would recommend and stay again at this place.
Contro: More attention needs to be paid on cleanliness (there were hair and spider webs in the bathroom). Electric kettle was not available and a toaster could be added in the kitchen. The narrow street was flooded when we arrived and it was not easy to access the entrance. But this was part of the unique Venice experience.

An apartment on land... or on a boat???
Pro: The location is truly unique. We felt like we were ourselves transported on a boat as the two windows in the room are directly on the canal with boats passing by non-stop (closing the windows at night blocks most of the sound)... As a result, you can hear the waves hitting the walls. It was magic!!! We used the kitchen facilities to prepare our daily breakfast. The AC was also working very well as it got quite hot for a couple of days. The entire apartment was very clean and very quiet. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beginning of a major street with all facilities and is only about 15-20 minutes from San Marco piazza. P.S. One of the 3 photos points to the location of the apartment on the canal (around the corner), another shows the main entrance to the building and a third one depicts a morning delivery in the inside yard of the building...
Contro: Visiting Venice for the first time, we had a little hard time at the beginning to pinpoint the exact location of the apartment. That said, the photos shared by the owner helped us find our way... sometimes with the help of kind neighbors!!!

Pro: מיקום מצוין. כשומרי שבת היה לנו 15 דק' הליכה לגטו והיו מפתחות רגילים ולא אלקטרוניים. אם רוצים להשאיר אור בשבת במבטח אז זה קצת מפריע לשינה.
Contro: היתה מסיבה קרוב לחדר שהפריעה באחד הלילות. לדברי בעל הדירה זה לא משהו שקורה לעיתים קרובות

Pro: Очень уютная квартира.Приятно,что из окна видишь канал Хороший матрас. После выселения оставили вещи в коридоре,который на кодовом замке.Правда,они не охранялись,но мы их спрятали,чтобы не было видно. В целом квартирой довольны!
Contro: Ужасные подушки,особенно одна из них как цементом набита! У меня болела шея целый день после первой ночи,остальные спала на своем свитре! Сомнительные кастрюли,без крышек,чайника нету вообще! Хотя бы на одно окно можно поставить москитную сетку.Мы были в то время,когда уже комаров почти нету,но как только открывали окна,они сразу налетали!

Pro: Jedealer Standpunkt, sehr zuvorkommend und auch noch Abends erreichbar. Grossartig!
Contro: Es war die erste Nacht ein bisschen kalt im Apartment, da die Heizkörper kalt waren und nur über die Klimaanlage geheizt werden konnte. Leider auch keine zusätzliche Decken.
