Charming canal view San Marco apartment

Pro: La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima a piazza San Marco. La via è molto bella, tranquilla, silenziosa. Appartamento grande, ben organizzato, curato e pulito. Letti comodi. Tre finestre danno sul canale, la vista è fantastica. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, disponibile. L'accoglienza ineccepibile.

Contro: Nulla da segnalare. Ci è piaciuto tutto.

Pro: Ottima posizione, a pochi metri da piazza San Marco. Appartamento grande, pulito, con letti molto comodi. Affaccio su un canale, molto tipico. Gentilissima Alessia, fin dal primo momento ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia torneremo sicuramente

Contro: unico appunto, non c'è l'ascensore, un poco scomodo per le valigie e per chi, come noi, faceva la spesa ogni giorno. Ma la cosa è ampiamente scritta nella descrizione, per rimarcare la trasparenza e l'onestà dei proprietari

Great value for location and size

Pro: Great location halfway between Rialto and San Marco on a rio (small canal). A tiny bit of street noise at night, but otherwise very quiet location. Also very quiet within the building. Exceptionally spacious and well equipped. Masses of storage space, including in the bathroom. Met by Jessica who was lovely and helpful. Makes such a difference to be met by owner/manager. We enjoyed the biscuits and fizzy wine that were left for us along with water. When you leave there is an easy step-free route to San Marco-San Zaccaria where you can pick up a vaporetto to both St Lucia station and the airport. Very good value for location and size.

Contro: Apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is no lift. However it seems that there will always be someone to help you with your luggage when you arrive.

Beautiful apartment

Pro: A very comfortable apartment with everything you needed,near everything too, a short walk to the boats and to the square, lots of restaurants and cafes we loved it

Good location

Pro: The location is excellent, very close to St. Mark’s Square. Maurizio welcomed us and even helped with our luggage; he is very kind and answered our questions. The heating in the apartment was also very good.

Contro: It was disappointing that there was no dishwasher in the apartment, and the cleanliness could have been better.

❤️❤️La Serenissima

Pro: A beautiful apartment right in the mix, a 2 minute walk from Mark’s square and a canal right by the window and gondolas going past all the time. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable large double bed

A perfect Venetian stay

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Canal View San Marco apartment in Venice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic—just steps away from great restaurants and within easy walking distance to all the major sights. One of the hosts, Alissia, went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. She not only helped us with booking transfers but also met us to take us to the apartment, checked us in, and even assisted us with picking up some groceries. Her kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice!

Loved every minute and would highly recommend.

Pro: The location was fantastic, supermarket was 2 min walk, St Marks Square 5 mins away. Dozens of restaurants within 10 minutes. Beautiful little canal at the door with a quaint view.

Contro: Nothing to dislike, sure a couple of flights of stairs is a pain with suitcases, but you only do it once and it is Venice after all. No place in Venice would be without steps.
