Pro: Appartamento ben attrezzato dotato di tutti i comfort Posizione eccellente

Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso, arredato in modo elegante e moderno, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, buona dotazione di piatti ,tazzine e bicchieri .In buona posizione , vicino a Piazza San Marco, Rialto e agli imbarchi dei vaporetti . Molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza di locali e ristoranti. Un po' piu ' distanti i supermercati

Contro: Un.po' piu ' di cura e manutenzione aumenterebbero la qualita ' di questo appartamento.. Nel letto matrimoniale mancava il coprimaterasso e di conseguenza i.materassi si dividevano , rendendo il.letto molto scomodo . In bagno alcune spine non funzionavano, l' asse del water non era fissato e dallo.sciacquone l' acqua scendeva solo usando il \

Venezia STUPENDA

Pro: tutto perfetto. Pulitissimo, grande, spazioso. silenzioso, termoautonomo. davvero un bell'appartamento. il divano letto non è il top in fatto di comodità, ma si sa i divani letto non sono dei letti veri e propri.

Contro: nulla

Pro: Posizione centrale e appartamento attrezzato per ogni necessità

Contro: Il materasso del divano letto e mancava il coprimaterasso

Pro: The apartment was lovely and in a great location. The owner was very good to deal with and very responsive to messages.

Contro: When we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. Not sure what the issue was but the owner got onto it straight away which was very impressive. Just an inconvenience having to wait till after 5.30 for the cleaning to be completed. Was cleaned very thoroughly.

Great amenities and fantastic location

Pro: Very spacious with good amenities, had everything we needed for our stay and is in a good location walking distance to everything we wanted to see

Contro: The double bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together that kept moving easily leaving a gap. Could use a bit of a clean in the balcony and cupboard areas

Great place would stay again

Pro: Much bigger than anticipated Good to have some heating as it got quite cold

Contro: Would be handy to have a microwave but otherwise it was really great

Great apartment to explore Venice.

Pro: Great location! Under ten minutes walk from all the main sights of Venice.

Contro: Pillows could have been better. They were a bit flat but it is the only thing we didn’t like.

Pro: very spacious, quiet, location was exceptional, Mirco responded to queries quickly

Contro: no views of a canal but that was the only thing we can thing of!
