Pro: Incredible central location, literally steps from St Mark's Square. We were worried about it being too busy and noise and there was a little of that at night but not consistent. Certainly a very bustly area when you came back after a day out but only takes a few minutes walk to escape the crowds. Good aircon which cooled the flat quickly. Very spacious. Two double bedrooms, a little kitchen and a lounge / dining room, plus two bathrooms. Once we found how to do the shutters, that was great, but the first night my mum was awoken very early by the brightness. Might just be worth a comment when letting people in.
Contro: I'd consider putting a proper double bed instead of a sofa bed in the second bedroom. The design of the sofa bed made it hard to get on and off. But it was comfy once on! Not a big deal. Just a suggestion.

Great apartment -stay - location
Pro: Great apartment , couldn't be better. In the middle of Venice, best location to go to everywhere ! Clean , spacious, luxuruous. if you want to combine it with a hotel room I can say that it's like a executive family suite in Venice style. You have everything you need in just some steps, food, drinks, banks, supermarket , public or private transportation. All must things to see in Venice are very close. Paolo welcomed us professionaly & explained everything. A great thank you.
Contro: Nothing to say. Just a tip for the people to know : in case you have an orthopedic or kinetic problem , central Venice is not your city . 99% of the accomodations are with stairs, not elevators.

The best place to stay write in the heart of Venice for the family or company with friends
Pro: The apartment is very big, cozy and has everything needed. It is literally 5 steps from Saint Marc’s Basilica. The only thing that was irritating for me was the bell ringing at night somewhere write over my head:) but for those who sleep well it shouldn’t be a problem! The hosts are vey kind and supportive.

Pro: The apartment is right in the centre. I was afraid of having lot of noise from the street outside, but was positively surprised. The handing over of the apartment went smoothly. Heating and everything was working fine. Paolo was helpful in finding luggage storage when we left. We had a great time.
Contro: All was good. Venice has a special system for garbage disposal which meant that we had to take our garbage a few streets away in the morning. However this gave an opportunity to grab a nice coffee and croissant on the way back, so it was not a big issue.

Very close to San Marco, perfect localization.
Pro: Very, very good localization. About half a minute to Piazza San Marco. Big rooms, many facilities like washing machine, fridge, TV.
Contro: You have to bring your garbage to the boat yourself.

An excellent place to live comfortably in Venice, a stone's throw from San Marco.
Pro: I liked everything. Ideal location, friendly host, the apartments have exactly everything you need, the rooms are very warm and clean, comfortable beds.
Contro: Considering the difficulties with waste disposal in Venice, I would like the owners to take charge of organizing waste removal, since going early in the morning to a barge that picks it up from 6 to 9 am is not very convenient.

Loved it!
Pro: Location was excellent.. The apartment was well equipped.
Contro: Sofa bed was not comfortable. Having to dispose of our rubbish bags, everyday. We had to take it to a boat on the canal.
