Pro: Appartamento comodissimo, molto Accogliente, posizione strategica, ottimo per una vacanza in famiglia o con amici!

Excellent base to explore Venice

Pro: Central location and spaciousness with good heating.

Contro: Some people might be disturbed by sounds from the street travelling upwards, but I didn’t mind at all.

Great apartment, would be perfect if there were a few easy maintenance issues fixed and the place was deep cleaned once

Pro: A huge apartment with lots of charm and right in the heart of everything that Venice has to offer.

Contro: The television did not work. We advised Marco who said a maintenance person would fix it the next day but no one came. The shower head needed fixing.

Nice stay.

Pro: It’s very close to Piazza San Marco. The apartment is pretty with a nice decoration. It’s well equipped. The host is nice and helpful.

Contro: Some things are a little run down; the toaster didn’t work, the glass shelf over the bathroom sink was loose, the wall hanger in the hallway was falling down. Minor inconveniences, but they should be taken care of.

The property played a big role in our enjoyment of Venice. We went with friends who we meet up with in Europe every 2-3

Pro: Location, location, location. It’s just off St Mark’s Square in Venice. Very spacious. Ideal for two couples as there is 2 bathrooms. The well equiped kitchen helps a lot as eating out in Venice can become fairly expensive if you are staying for longer than a weekend. Managing handover of keys and keeping in touch, as we booked nearly 4 months ahead, worked well with messaging through Bookings.com app. Will definitely stay here again.

Pro: location is excellent. Good space for family. kitchen well equipped. three bathrooms. washing machine and buggy were very useful!

Contro: nervous about staircase up to top bathroom incase a child fell down steps. perhaps a child gate would be a good idea.

Pro: La amplitud del departamento y sus instalaciones. Super comodo. El mejor en el que he estado en venezia.

Contro: Nada. Todo excelente.

Pro: La ubicación, apenas detrás de Plaza San Marco, perfecta para caminar por el centro de Venezia y visitar las tantas maravillas. El apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor. El personal siempre atento a cualquier pregunta.

Contro: Habían algunos detalles menores por arreglar, nada grave.

Pro: Nette Kommunikation rund um die Uhr, Unterkunft sehr groß und schön. Lage perfekt. Klima hat gut funktioniert.

Contro: Die Wohnungstür ist schwer aufzuschließen. Und von innen auch nur mit Schlüssel zu öffnen. Einmal waren wir in der Wohnung und hatten den Schlüssel draußen stecken lassen. Wir mussten durch die Fenster jemanden um Hilfe bitten um überhaupt die Wohnung verlassen zu können. Das könnte im Extremfall gefährlich sein.

Great place to stay in Venice!

Pro: This apartment is near St Mark's Square and easy to find. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in so we could start touring the city. The apartment is huge. Having two bathrooms was great. Highly recommend!
