Appartamento ottimo ma caro (come tutto a venezia)
Pro: Pulito e completo di tutto, stoviglie, biancheria, prodotti per lavare sia in cucina che per lavatrice e asciugatrice. Impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento con termostati in ogni locale più termobagni elettrici. Bagno completo e comodo, camere ampie e letti comodi. Appartamento al piano primo a cui si arriva da rampa di scale interna, sotto c'è solo un bagno di servizio e lavatrice/asciugatrice. Zona centrale comoda a due passi dal vaporetto. Buona insonorizzazione, assenza di rumori durante la notte forse anche perchè sopra non c'era nessuno.
Contro: Divano con seduta un po scomoda in quanto i cuscini tendono a scivolare giu, forse perchè è un divano letto

Super flat in a great position
Pro: The position is super, close to vaporetto service, shops and eateries. The flat is beautifully designed and furnished. The manager was very helpful.
Contro: The flat lacks instruction manuals for the appliances and heating. Also the floor heating should be switched on prior to guests arriving as it takes two days to get from 15°C to 20°C.

Great apartment and helpful hosts
Pro: Great apartment, just along from a waterbus stop so really easy to get to, walking distance to Rialto and main sights, property was lovely, clean and stylish and hosts were very helpful.
Contro: Nothing really not to like, it would just be useful to have a mirror in the second bedroom.

Pro: Check in easy, location good, host responsive, facilities nice and functional and sufficient
Contro: Lack of shower and hair soap, best if host checks between guests

Pro: The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The only negative I noticed was the humidity that had caused one of the walls to swell. The location was very convenient for us, and the host was always willing to help and answer any questions we had. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Very nice place to stay in Venice.
Pro: The apartment had a very good interior design and was very clean. There was AC in every room. It had a very convenient location. The host was very friendly and available.
Contro: The place is a bit dark and there is no balcony.

A gem apartment in an amazing location!
Pro: Truly amazing, super modern and exceptionally clean apartment located at a convenient and quiet location just 15’ from San Marco and within 3’ from a local super market and tasteful Osterias. The ferry also is super convenient as it drops you off 50m from the apartment and takes you straight to the airport. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!
Contro: Nothing ever was amazing!

TOP FÜR Venedig: Einerseits zentral, aber doch abseits der zentralen Touristenströme
Pro: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (speziell die Beleuchtung :-) )., und ich denke, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist in der Küche alles da, aber wir haben davon keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da wir nur 5 Nächte dort waren und deshalb in der nahen Umgebung sehr gut Essen gehen konnten (Muro Venezia, Malenciaga in Laufnähe / Angaben per Ende März 2026). kann zu anderen Zeiten anders sein, was ich nicht weiss.
Contro: Einen kurze Broschüre, wie die Bedienung der Geräte funktioniert und wie man den Müll trennt , wäre hilfreich gewesen. Im Zweifelsfall hätten wir den Vermieter kontaktiert

Excelente.
Pro: El apartamento está genial. Muy bien aclimatado, insonorizado y equipado, tener Netflix es un detalle. Muy amable Alvise siempre disponible para atendernos. Muy cerca hay supermercados Coop, pastelerías Majer y el vaporeto.
Contro: Les sugiero que incorporen un microondas.
