Pro: La location era bella e molto in linea con i gusti e lo stile della città

Contro: Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la serratura.

Pro: The host were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The accommodation itself was outstanding: beautifully presented, and set in a truly picturesque location. The property was very well equipped and far exceeded our expectations.

Pro: The property is a ground floor apartment (so mind the mosquitoes) down near a small canal off the Grand Canal so perfectly located. So convenient for the San Stae stop. Plenty of communal space as well as a good sized bathroom and bedrooms. Really liked it

Contro: The kitchen and bathrooms are galley shaped so narrow so to be aware of, great for us though. Not very much in way of crockery but the host brought us more when we asked. Some blankets and more pillows would have been good. Plenty of towels though

We had a wonderful time here and loved the quietness and location.

Pro: The location and how quiet it was. The apartment was very comfortable and apart from only having 3 cups (we are big tea drinkers) it had everything we needed! Fantastic shower.

Contro: A few more cups but that really is a very minor issue.

Nagyon jó helyen, jól felszerelt és kényelmes szálláshely.

Pro: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, kényelmes, felújított szálláshely. A konyha kicsi ugyan, de elegendő és minden szükséges felszereléssel rendelkezik.

Contro: A késői érkezés költsége (csak egy kicsivel este 7 után érkeztünk). Jogos a felár a késői érkezésért, de este 8-ig szerintem beleférne a standard érkezési idő.

Apartamento limpio y cómodo

Pro: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y los colchones eran muy cómodos

Pro: Odlična lokacija. V bližini trgovina z živili, zelenjavo, do tržnice 8 minut, dobre restavracije, dva minuti do vaporetta... .

Contro: V kuhinji manjkajo mali krožniki, kakšna skodelica, ribež za ribanje parmezana, pripomoček za stikanje limon, mali nožek.

Top Lage, venetianische Ausstattung

Pro: Lage ist top,besser geht es nicht ,sehr ruhig, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe, COOP für kleine Einkäufe in der Nähe ,die Wohnung hat uns gefallen ,besser als Hotel hier hat man ruhe vor den massen von Touris 😄

Pro: The location was excellent, only steps away from the San Stae Vaporetto stop which was very convenient for us with two children and luggage. It is not easy to get around Venice since there are no cars/taxis otherwise. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby right on a small canal. Only 10-15 minute walk away from the busier tourist areas. The apartment itself is very traditional which we loved. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit small but this was not an issue for us. The wifi dis not reach the bedrooms well, but we were not there for this so it was not a bother. The host was extremely friendly, accommodating and very responsive to any questions we had.

Contro: We were there in the middle of a heat wave and one of the bedrooms is not air conditioned. We were able to cool it down by having the units in the other bedroom and main areas on.
