Pro: L'appartamento è bellissimo, davvero comodo e spazioso,con tutto il necessario. Situato in una zona davvero carina e tranquilla, supermercato giusto dietro l'angolo, carini y ristoranti e la gelatiera proprio sulla stessa stradina.a 10 minuti dalla stazione e a 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Consigliatissimo🤩

Fantastic quiet location for families
Pro: The location was brilliant. Being a little bit away from the touristy area was nice and quiet, yet still had the beautiful alleys and canals to walk along. Being able to sit in the square and enjoy the day along with the locals made you feel like you were living the proper Venice. It's also close to many restaurants, shops, and cafes.
Contro: It's probably time to replace the main bed, as it is extremely well used and uncomfortable to sleep on. The TV also has no channels or services available, which would be nice to keep the kids entertained after a hard day walking.

The perfect place to embrace Venice and local life
Pro: Spacious and well-appointed apartment in a lively local neighbourhood. We appreciated being able to prepare breakfast before heading out and simple meals at other times when required. There's a green grocer, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and bakery within a few steps of the building. Dont miss a light meal of cichetti and a glass of wine at Einoteca Prosecco and a few spritzes and good vibes at El Fradeo Quebrado around the corner.
Contro: Can feel a little bit dark due to limited natural light coming in from the courtyard.

Pro: Fantastic apartment, clean, well-kept and very creatively decorated. Perfect location - about 20 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, close to a shop, ice cream shop and bakery, and a lot of nice pubs nearby. We will remember it very fondly and we highly recommend this place.

Pro: Such a cute and cosy apartment next to a great little square that has restaurants, pubs, supermarket and pharmacy. Loved that it was away from the chaos and crowds of the tourist areas, but still only a 15-20 minute walk from St Marks piazza.

Fabulous location to explore the city and great space to relax and put your feet up afterwards!
Pro: Fabulous location near a canal, plenty of bars and restaurants and close to sights and attractions. Big spacious lounge and dining area, great to relax in. Owners very responsive to questions. Great stay.

What a wonderful spot to explore Venice.
Pro: The local area is great, lots of places to eat and drink with a variety of prices. Very close to the waterbus routes and easy to get there from the airport. The accomodation was a really good size, lots of space, everything you need is there. Linen, towels, kitchen facilities.. Communication was clear and our questions answered. Quiet but in a busy, buzzing spot, loved the open-air dancing in the Square.
Contro: Everything was great. Front door key occasionally a bit fiddly and shower sometimes leaked a bit, but nothing a spare towel couldn't sort out.

Amazing place where I would come again.
Pro: The open space of the living room together with the bedroom was great. There is an open terrace in side the building where you can smoke or just stay and feel the atmosphere of Venice at the light of a candle in case you want. In the bedroom and in the kitchen that is fully equipped you can admire very old wooden resistance pieces. It is very close to a quite big square with terraces and restaurants that can also be found right next door or across the property. Breakfast and coffee across the street.
Contro: After we checked in we left for a walk and a restaurant. Returned at 23:00 and found that half of the bed in our bedroom was soaking wet. Some plumbing issues from the neighbor above appeared meanwhile. We wrote to the host, she answered immediately. Because of the late hour they could only indicate where to find some bed linen in order to be used for sleeping on the sofa in the living room. On the next day in the morning the cleaning lady changed the mattress and all was OK. The host refunded us for the inconvenience.
