Contro: Mi è piaciuto tutto, qualche difficoltà per l'uso di fornello e forno nessuna luce sul comodino

Pro: Appartamento graziosissimo,tutto nuovo e pulito,posizione ottimale e silenziosa!

Un luogo silenzioso e confortevole come solo a Venezia

Pro: La casa è molto confortevole, è silenziosa, ben ristrutturata, arredata con un certo gusto, ha degli affacci interessanti; ha anche uno spazio esterno dove poter soggiornare o fare colazione

Contro: Le comunicazioni con l'host non sono state proprio perfette

Great little place in a good location

Pro: The location is great - there is a vaporetto station a 5 minute walk away. The owners communicated well and the apartment had a big TV, fridge and dishwasher available to use along with a microwave oven and hob. The little courtyard is gorgeous and was very nice to sit in at the end of the day.

Contro: The bed was broken when we arrived so we had to sleep on the sofa bed for some of the stay but the owners did communicate well and get the issue resolved as quickly as they could and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Absolutely fabulous, would definitely return.

Pro: Location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and with plenty of facilities.

Contro: The bed was a bit uncomfortable, it sagged a bit in the middle but was a good size and there were plenty of pillows.

Pro: Die Lage des Appartementes San Giacomo ist wunderschön an dem kleinen romantischen Platz. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und zweckmässig.

Contro: Mehr Ablageflächen und Haken, um Kleider oder Handtücher aufzuhängen wären hilfreich.

Pro: La tranquillité, la terrasse, les proximité des commerces

Pro: Los espacios y la ubicación fueron lo mejor, fuimos 2 personas, pero cómodamente caben 4, todo muy limpio y ordenado. En cuanto a la ubicacion es buenisima, el barrio tiene de todo, tiendas para provisiones, restoranes, heladerias, paseos en góndola y los atractivos relativamente cerca, buena conección con trenes y vaporetto, la plaza San Marcos queda un poco lejos, pero lo interesante del trayecto a pie lo compensa. Lo recomiendo y volvería.

Contro: La iluminación en la entrada es pésima, de noche hay que usar linterna para no tropezar.

Wonderful neighborhood to explore Venice in quiet area

Pro: Location was in a great neighborhood with restaurants, bakery cafe, gelato, fruit/vegetable market on the street and a coop grocery store around the corner. Quiet and the nearby square Campo San Giacomo had a great neighborhood vibe with a local group tango dancing Tues night and people at restaurants or meeting. Walkable to the morning fish/fruit/vegetable market in Mercato di Rialto on the way to Rialto bridge. Wood shutters were nice to block light and sun. Air conditioning worked. Full size refrigerator. Walkable to Saint Marks square and train station via foot bridges.

Contro: Basic apartment in quiet neighborhood. Only one plug outlet for the induction stove top or microwave so only one can be used at a time. That was OK for our stay as we didn't cook too much. Overhead light/vent over stove top did not have power installed. Couch did not have a side table which would have been nice and the couch had a funky smell. Small packets of soap and shampoo.

Beau séjour malgré la pluie un peu trop fréquente!

Pro: Appartement très confortable, chauffage bienvenu . Petit supermarché très proche. Beaucoup de calme! Quartier sympathique.

Contro: Très peu de vaisselle et pas de grille pain ni de théière, dommage. et un manque d'explications sur l'utilisation de la plaque à induction dans le coin cuisine ainsi que pour la mise en route du chauffage on y arrive en tâtonnant et grâce à une vidéo envoyée par le propriétaire que l'on ne peut joindre que par Whatsapp.
