Pro: La posizione; il fatto che fosse a metà tra una maxi camera e un mini-appartamentino, dotato di tutte le necessità; la disponibilità e l'attenzione dell'host.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: La posizione era ottima, la camera comoda e il proprietario è stato super gentile e disponibile. Ottima vacanza.

Comfortable and great location, but the room lights are terrible.

Pro: Location was fantastic, quite central but also lovely and quiet. The ease of access was also great.

Contro: The lights on the walls (2 very large round lights) never stop shining, even when switched off. It was very uncomfortable to try and sleep in the room with them. (See photos of the lights in the dark, when they were switched off)

Great apt, close to amenities and attractions. First time in Venice, had a brilliant time

Pro: Plenty of local restaurants and shops to visit, about a 10-15 min walk from St Marc's square and other attractions

Contro: No address given by the owner, we were looking for an address shown on a map, turned out it was a different road/street. We were looking for about an hour. All we got from the owner was the boat line colour to get and where to get off at. Our friends had step by step directions to their apt from the owner. There was a wall light on the floor when we walked in and it took 3 days for the owners to answer my message (we told them as we didn't want them thinking we had damaged the light) More communication and helpfullness from the owners would have made all the difference. Still, a nice little apt near the centre. Typically Italian. Beautifully clean and a nice quiet place to stay.

Very clean, great location with excellent directions on how to get there.

Pro: No Breakfast included but location close to everything

Contro: Bathroom door needs oil (very squeaky) and family with young children next door but it was always quiet by 10:00 pm.

Pro: Really well placed. We accidentally left our house keys behind and the owner posted them back to us in the UK - we really appreciated this kindness.

Contro: Only small - but that’s Venice!

Contro: Just a bit dark, not much natural light to do makeup but that didn’t stop us

Pro: Emplacement super. Contact avec propriétaire excellent très a l'écoute. Je recommande fortement et je le recommanderais a ma famille pour un séjour a venise.

Pro: La situation excellente pour visiter Venise. Le propriétaire disponible à l'échange par message et nous a donné de très bon conseils. L'appartement très propre.

１週間の滞在はとても快適でした。

Pro: 水上バス（ヴァポレット）の停車駅のすぐ近くで、サンマルコ広場など、どこに行くのにも便利な場所でした。 季節的に暑かったのですが、部屋には冷房・除湿が完備されており疲れずに済みました。ホストの対応も素早く、とても親切で助かりました。小さなキッチンですが、必要なものは全て完備されており、大好きなフルーツを思う存分楽しむことができました。

Contro: 一点バスルームの高窓が曇りガラスではなかったのが残念です。高い位置なのですが路地に面している場所なのでカーテンかブラインドがあればと思います。シャワー中はバスタオルをかけて過ごしました。
