Contro: Tutto perfetto

Una bella scoperta.

Pro: Temevo di dover fare tate rampe di scale, invece si arriva in casa con una sola rampa. L'appartamento offre tre stanze distanti l'una dall'altra così da garantire la privacy di tutti. Lo spazio comune è ampio e accogliente. La posizione è ideale per una visita a Venezia.

Pro: CAMERE SPAZIOSE E LETTI COMODI. APPARTAMENTO RISTRUTTURATO IN BUONA POSIZIONE

Pro: A group of 5 friends for a birthday weekend, the apartment is fully renovated, very clean and fully equipped, including kitchen, good location, easy to walk around, not on the main busy street. The hammam is a very good bonus, to relax after visiting the whole day.

Contro: The apartment is fully renovated inside, however from outside is an old building, like majority of the buildings in Venice, so we did not mind at all. The location is on a back alley, but this helped to avoid the noise from the crowded streets.

Pro: Really lovely apartment and a super friendly, easy-going host. Everything was uncomplicated - I can only recommend staying here!

Venice 3 bedroom apartment san marco area

Pro: Lovely apartment with an ensuite to the primary bedroom. 2nd & 3rd bedroom were a good size & shared separate toilet/sink & separate shower. There was also a steam room. Lounge / kitchenette & dining room were a good space. There is a separate washer & dryer. It is a 2nd floor apartment accessible via stairs & quite secure.

Contro: An outside light would be helpful as it is dark returning in the evenings.

Loved our stay

Pro: Very comfortable, spacious and quiet. Fitted out to a high quality with everything we needed. Steam room was amazing after a long day exploring. Location is fab, peaceful with great little shops and restaurants near. The hosts gave us great instruction to travel from the airport but we made the mistake of not following them. Don't rely on google maps if getting there late at night :) A private taxi to the closest stop would have been nicer in hindsight - we took one back to the airport for an early flight at £140 for 4 of us - loved it!

Would stay again. Well managed, good communication.

Pro: Great location. Overall well laid out, very clean, functional. I would think for Venice it was a good place.

Contro: External building door did not lock. It was reported. Not enough towels for 5 people staying 4 nights. At least one bedroom should have two single beds rather than double beds would be more practical with friends or older children.

Great property, right in the historical city center, managed by great persons.

Pro: The location is great, right in the historical city center. The furniture is of good quality.

Contro: I would update the sofa in the living room with one that is not made of leather. Quite uncomfortable especially during hot days.
