Pro: Appartamento molto carino, luminoso, silenzioso e con una vista spettacolare. L'host molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e ha dare suggerimenti sull'isola. Ritorneremo!

Pro: Affaccio romantico su canale interno, silenzio, tranquillità, vicinanza vaporetto e supermercato, pulizia, completo.

Pro: This was our first experience of staying on Giudecca. We really enjoyed it, it was quiet and peaceful. We were met at the vaporetto stop and walked to our apartment. There was only one small bridge along the way. The apartment was more spacious than it looked in the photo. It was very bright, comfortable, and warm. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and it's quiet outside. We slept wonderfully. Special thanks for recommendations of cafes and restaurants. There's a small cafe in the building next door, and it was a really nice jazz concert on Saturday evening. It was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pro: We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Everything was functional and clean. We were a short walk to the vaporetto. The instructions to get the keys were very clear - we had step by step details! The place was away from the busy busy area of Venice, which was great to come back to in the evening after a long day of walking around. I very much recommend!

Contro: It should be noted that the description of the apartment says there is a terrace but there is not.

Pro: Great location! The area is peaceful, short walk to vaporetto. The host, Caterina, was nice and helpful, the arrival was very smooth. Nice big bed, extra blankets and pillows available. Spacious bedroom and plenty of storage.

Contro: Low water pressure in kitchen and shower.

Great little place

Pro: Good to have the space an apartment gives. Lovely host. 😍 Good travel links and away from the bussle of the main areas. Local shop nearby.

Pro: Very nice person and apartment! Location (Giudecca )is better which you can find in Venice . Near you can find what you need , restaurants, pharmacy, more beautiful places. 2 min or 8 and you can go Marco Polo or other centre in Venice . Very cute and quiet location, w/o noises tourists and shopping activities. You can go to beach 20 min . If i will come to Venice next. Time i will stay here again. Be better if add air conditioning, only this.

Idyllic corner of GIudecca, quiet and splendid

Pro: It was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet, idyllic section of Giudecca. We traveled with two young children, and we were very pleased to find a playground nearby and, more importantly, a cafe that doubles as a community center. We went there in the morning for coffee and so the kids could play. We loved being in Giudecca, just one vaporetto stop away from the rest of Venice. It was a dream location.

Contro: We loved everything about this place. If we had to find one fault, it would be the mosquitos, but that's not a problem with the apartment, it's a problem with Venice.

Wanna come back!

Pro: Exelent, and one I fall all the time in Oct Venice I was is moscuitos! And facility had ant mosquito vaiporaiser, I found morning I left)) they put it in a drawer!! They are perfect!

Contro: Super nice!

Pro: Nice appartement in a nice environment. Well located but deep down Giudecca and a little hard to find sometimes. The price is ok for Venice and it has a kitchenette, washing machine, nice terrace, nice view. The only thing missing for me is a net on the window to prevent mosquitos. The apartment is just on the water and mosquitos love it in summer. Otherwise there is a supermarket around as well as some nice inexpensive restaurants or bars.
