Pro: L'appartamento è situato presso la Corte Junghans alla Giudecca, una delle zone meglio servite e più tranquille di Venezia. L'appartamento è curatissimo, dispone di ascensore e doppi servizi. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Alessia per l'accoglienza ed i preziosi consigli.

Pro: Alloggio comodissimo, pulito e fornito di tutto. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile alla Giudecca. L'assistente Alessia prodiga di consigli e segnalazioni e sempre raggiungibile per ogni domanda e indicazione

Pro: Clean, beautiful, spacious apartment. Very easy to get to from the vaporetto station. Alessia gave us the best recs and tips :) would definitely recommend and come back here.

Pro: Spacey and cosy apartment for a good price close to main sightseeing attractions in Venice. Very clean, very well equipped, has two bathrooms, nice bed and balcony. There’s COOP and small cafe nearby. About 5 minutes away from vaporetto stop. But the main advantage is the host, she is incredible person, any issues solved immediately, always in touch. Thank you so much, Alessia!

Pro: The quiet location and spacious property is what we were looking for. The host and her mother we lovely, warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to others and would come back again.

Contro: The bedroom got a little warm and the only way to cool it down was to put the air-conditioning on in the lounge room. The main shower was also a little narrow. However, as a bigger guy I get this problem frequently. Both of the above are merely \

Pro: Alessia told us which bus from the airport and which line / number of waterbus would be best to get to Palanca stop on the small isle of Guidecca just a short hop across the water from from Venice where she was waiting for us. She led us just a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The Apartment is so modern and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and it was absolutely spotless . Alessia sat down with us and gave us advice on the best way to get around, which was most helpful. A little later she sent us a WhatsApp message with lots of recommendations too (restaurants etc).

Contro: No complaints whatsoever.

Big apartment for vacation in Venice.

Pro: The apartment was spacious. It was located in quiet residential area. You can commute to the major part of Venezia through boat. Alessia was helpful and kind.

Pro: Lovely modern clean apartment, kind and helpful host

Pro: I booked this apartament because I used to live in the area many years ago, and I used to admire this building. The apartment is gorgeous, modern and was exceptionally clean. The host is welcoming and fun, also suggested lots of nice places to visit which are not touristy. The area as I already knew it is very quiet and peaceful, just perfect to enjoy a nice Venice view without all the touristic motion. Also very good restaurants in the area close by. I will definitely go back on my next trip!

Magnifique séjour en période de Noël, sans la foule et les files d'attentes des congés d'été.

Pro: Très bel appartement, confortable et spacieux. Emplacement calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la station de Vaporetto (Bateaux-Bus de Venise) et à 4 stations de la place Saint-Marc. Accès pratique depuis le Parking Tronchetto (Ligne 2).
