Soggiorno piacevole e comodo!
Pro: Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale e ben organizzato ideale per famiglie. Situato in una via tranquilla e intima non lontano dalle attrazioni principali della città. Lo staff che gestisce l’ appartamento gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei!
Contro: L’appartamento era un po’ privo di luce naturale e non c’era uno specchio a tutta altezza

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
Pro: The location is approximately a 10-minute walk from the St. Marco/St. Zaccaria water bus station. All the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance to explore. Great location!
Contro: Nothing I dislike.

Pro: Very nice and cozy. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The location si very close to the main focus places but the area is quiet, no crowd’s. 7 to 10 minutes walk to San Marco. Overall, the apartment is very nice and spacious.
Contro: The place needs something to dry the towels, the second bedroom needs to be updated; there is no natural light and this needs to be compensated with some extra lights inside. The garbage thing needs to be handled by the host not the people that are in vacation, this was the thing that I didn’t liked.

The apartment offers great value for money, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
Pro: The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet yet well-connected area, with the city’s main attractions within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. He arranged for someone to meet us in person and hand over the keys, which we appreciated. There was a small hiccup with the initial location we were sent—it was incorrect—but the person quickly corrected it. While it was a bit inconvenient to walk around with our luggage during that time, it also gave us a chance to enjoy the nearby streets, and we still arrived on time. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary coffee capsules, especially since a coffee machine is provided. Without them, the machine feels like a missed opportunity to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the apartment offers great value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

A Cozy and relaxing stay in the charming neighborhood of Castello
Pro: - small but very cozy apartment with everything we needed for a few days stay. Complete kitchen with all the things to prepare a home meal if necessary. Bathroom with soap and shampoo and with a hair dryer. - good wifi conection. -House very clean. A little smell of damp in the room, which was expected. Its Venice! But opening the windows a bit everyday helped to reduce it a lot. - Located in a very nice and queit area, with restaurants, bakeries and convinience stores. Less than 15 min nice walk to Piazza San Marco and less than 5 min from the great lagoon where you can take a vaporetoo to the grand canal or a boat to the airport. -Hosts were always very nice and helpfull either before and during the trip, and received us upon arrival to the apartment. It was an excellent stay at beautiful Venice.
Contro: Its is not about the apartment itself, but it is something you should be prepared for your stay in Venice: Beware of the mosquitoes, especially in the summer.

Great location modern and clean
Pro: Great location near major sites but far enough away to enjoy where the locals go.
Contro: The flat is great but didn’t have a working tv and no welcome tea/coffee. There small details but if they were present I would have giving 10/10 in every area.
