Un gioiello

Pro: La posizione, la pulizia, l’appartamento molto ben arredato con tutti i confort.

Contro: Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento, era tutto perfetto. Non condivido in generale la nuova politica degli alloggi di dover fare un check-out alle 10 o alle 11 della mattina. Preferirei che tornassimo al check out del mezzogiorno.

Pro: Appartamento tutto perfetto. Accoglienza fredda e spigolosa. Unico neo legato alla struttura. Spero che sia solo stata una giornata no.

Pro: La pulizia è impeccabile! Gli spazi sono adeguati e l'arredamento è davvero gradevole. Il letto e i cuscini erano molto comodi. La posizione è favorevole, si giunge molto presto nel Sestriere San Marco. Se dovessimo ritornare a Venezia sicuramente torneremo ad alloggiare al Venice Heaven Apartment!

The perfect place and hosts for your stay in Venice

Pro: The hosts were phenomenal – thank you, Matteo and Carla!!! We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives - largely thanks to the excellent service. The place is comfortable, spacious, warm, and situated in a very good location. I wouldn't want to change anything! :)

Beautiful comfy place to stay - would highly recommend.

Pro: Beautiful spacious appartment, stylish decor with comfy beds, quality linen, great showers and well equipped kitchen. It's in a fantastic central location, but it's still nice and quiet. Very kind host who met us on arrival and was very quick to respond to messages throughout. She also gives great instructions on getting to the property and practicalities during the stay. And you can drop your bags early if you arrive before check in time, or store them at the end of the stay if you are leaving late in the day.

Contro: There's not much to fault. There is no actual oven in kitchen, and the 'toaster' only does one slice at a time, very slowly - but there is a good induction hob and a microwave, so you can get by perfectly well. And there are plenty of places to eat within 5-10 mins walk.

Pro: Great facilities, quiet location, friendly staff. I would say this was one of the best apartments I booked.

Fantastic location, walking just a few hundred metres to see so much of Venice.

Pro: Very clean and organised. Apartment is exceptional and very spacious.

Contro: No elevator to apartment so had to drag heavy cases up the stairs.
