A really wonderful place to stay!

Pro: This apartment is wonderful! The location in the beautiful area of Cannaregio is very special and very quiet, there is a wonderful terrace. Everything you need is there. The owner and person who gave the key are really very kind. This is one of the best holiday apartments we've ever stayed in. We will surely come back!

The apartment was lovely - a real refuge from the crowds.

Pro: Loved the mid-century interior. Apartment in in a relatively quiet (for Venice) backwater, overlooking the canal. Views from the bacony are magical at night. Apartment scrupulously clean. Also, very near Orto vaporetto stop so very convenient to reach from the airport (orange line Alilaguna). Lots of useful information and directions from the hosts re travel, supermarkets, places to eat. Also, do check out the constume shop - utterly enchanting.

Contro: There was nothing about the apartment that I didn't like. And Venice is lovely. But it's got so crowded since my last visit in 2013 and the filming/photographing of everything by some tourists is frankly annoying (blocking bridges/walkways whilst they video themselves for tiktok - or whatever). I do feel for the locals trying to go about their everyday business.

Beautiful, among terrace views and perfect location

Pro: Location was amazing, nice and quite but only a few minutes from main area, lots of nice restaurants and lovely Cocktail bar just around the corner. Water taxi only a few minute walk Madonna Da Orto

September stay. Family,four adults.

Pro: The location was great,out of the tourist crowds. Lovely balcony. Well equipped apartment. Main bedroom great size.

Contro: Kitchen area very small for family of four adults (photos make apartment look much bigger). Lack of storage for clothes in second and third bedrooms. Construction work on property opposite spoiled view a little.

Pro: We have have just spent 4 nights here in Venice. The location was fantastic, balcony was small but as described and expected, great for a morning cuppa or afternoon drink. Short walk to all restaurants and St Marks Square and ferry, great location, clean and tidy.

If you don’t mind walking and climbing bridges for 25 mins to get to St Marks side of Venice and you want to stay where

Pro: We loved the location and the authentic Venetian style of the apartment. On a canal surrounded by locals and lots of cafes and bars

Contro: The shower cubicle was fine for me but a bit small for my husband.

A beautiful touch of Venice

Pro: Beautiful canal view in a lovely quiet location. Communication about property was excellent. We were a group of 4 adults so used the sofa bed which meant no living space other then the kitchen and balcony but we weren't really in the apartment that much of our stay so it wasn't a problem. Great location, close to some great restaurants, bars and a supermarket is close by.
