Casa molto accogliente e location perfetta.

Pro: Cannareggio è decisamente il luogo migliore per visitare Venezia, fuori dai percorsi iperturistici, mantiene ancora un sapore autentico. Inoltre la casa si trova in una calle molto tranquilla, pure essendo a pochi passi da numerosi bar, osterie e forni. Molto accogliente e confortevole, arredamento semplice ma curato.

Contro: Per me i cuscini erano troppo alti e duri, ma capisco che ognuno ha le sue preferenze. Visto che ce ne sono due a persona (il che è apprezzabile) si potrebbero differenziare così da andare incontro alle diverse abitudini.

Pro: Great facilities in a quiet location close to water buses with good bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Amazing location in a comfortable, modern apartment equipped with everything you need

Pro: Location of the property is amazing. Within 20 minutes you can get to any of the major attractions, restaurants or nearby shops, and you are also a short walk away from the boat to take you to and from the airport. The apartment was super clean and well-equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The bed was comfortable and there is a good shower. It was a little cold in January, but the outdoor seating area looked lovely for summer.

Contro: A very small piece of feedback, but a blanket downstairs for the sofa would've been a nice addition.

Best apartment in Venice!

Pro: This apartment is perfect! The location is great…very easy to reach by boat from the airport, and in a beautifully quiet part of Venice away from the tourist crowds. It is extremely stylish and very comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want…well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee maker, and a Smart TV for cosy nights in. Communication was easy for check in, and the staff were very accommodating as I arrived earlier than the official check in time and it wasn’t a problem. I have stayed in several apartments in Venice and this is absolutely the best…I will definitely come back here!

Contro: Nothing…it was perfect

Great location to explore all Venice has to offer.

Pro: Fantastic location.. quiet area during the day but lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops close by. Very comfy bed and pillows. Outside space was a bonus as the weather in November was pleasant. Modern decor.. nicely decorated.. stylish. Warm and cosy.. adequate utensils.

Contro: Squeaky stairs.. needs better handrail( having said that we are in our 70’s!) Shower cubicle small and the controls were tricky.. just catch the handle and the water turned scalding hot as no temperature regulator on it. Needs soap dish. Toilet seat broken. TV looked good but no English channels to speak of so disappointing for us. Would we recommend it to others.. yes.

Pro: Great location, just off the main tourist streets and very quiet. Perfect for travelling to and from the airport, or a 15 mins walk from the train station. House is exactly as pictured, with all the facilities listed including hairdryer, washing machine, clothes horse and dishwasher. Bed is really comfy. Great place for a couple to stay.

Contro: It was mentioned when we checked in but the toilet seat was broken and wasn't fixed. Also the shower was missing a handle when getting out, but nothing that would stop us from going back!

Crazy about Cozy!

Pro: Modern well appointed facilities, quiet location near local square and restaurants.

Incredible comfortable, convenient, clean stay! We will stay there again when in Venice.

Pro: The property had absolutely everything you could have asked for. It’s like a home away from home and all appliances are modern and works well. We had been travelling for about two weeks before we got there and did some laundry wow it was super easy and cooked a meal for the first time since being in Europe. The apartment is cozy, clean and well located to the water-bus but everything is a short walk away so really well located.

Contro: There was nothing we didn’t like. Just note that in Venice all neighbouring windows face each other so privacy can be a bit of a problem. All of Venice is like that though.

perfect little hide away ! quiet pretty apartment for your Venice vacation

Pro: the host was super nice and attentive for our need for early check-in. and communication was easy. the apartment is clean and new. has everything you need and is well equipped. the location was perfect for us , out of the main busy area , but in a nice and cool neighborhood . we really enjoyed our time there

Contro: nothing!

Cozy gem in Cannaregio, will come back!

Pro: Perfect position to visit Venice without the noise of the most touristic alleys. Plenty of delicious restaurants and local bars in the neighbourhood. The apartment is clearly new and the open patio outside is a great plus for a drink al fresco!
