Beautiful apartment that suited us perfectly during our 4 day stay.

Pro: The property was in a great location with great amenities nearby and had lovely views overlooking a canal. It was perfectly spacious for 2 people with interesting interiors and a well-equipped kitchen. We had amazing communication with the host who was very helpful.

Would definitely stay there again

Pro: Immaculately clean and very well appointed. No balcony but you could still see the Canals from most of the windows.

Contro: Lack of an elevator but that’s Venice for you.

The perfect apartment for a wonderful and romantic getaway

Pro: The location is excellent, the design is very unique, the apartment is spacious and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The square the apartment is on is buzzing with activity and great bars and restaurants, yet the property is really quiet. I know many people mentioned the stairs as a negative but they weren’t at all bad especially if you’re used to stairs in your own house. Loved everything about it.

Wonderfully responsive host in a terrific neighborhood location.

Pro: I was a bit challenged to find the place the first time, but was met at the gate by an affable, knowledgeable guy, who carried my bag up 3.5 flights of stairs and into the idiosyncrasies of Residenza sara. The art and furnishings are interesting and unique. The kitchen well-stocked, great shower. Much to enjoy, especially the neighborhood, full of life.

Contro: I should have read more closely about the stairs!

Great place to discover Venice from a location that is central yet not crowded by tourists.

Pro: + great location - very central yet not too touristic + very decorative, artsy and spacious + very nice host who‘s also quick in replying to enquiries

Great bolthole in Dorsoduro

Pro: Everything you need and a great location for a few days in Venice. Located only a few steps from a lovely square, which I assume could get quite lively in high season. Being in the Dorsoduro district, there are plenty of students around, which only adds to the experience. Communication from the owner was excellent.

Contro: The only possible downside is the second floor location if you struggle with stairs.

Fantastic spot to enjoy Venice

Pro: Excellent location . Everything in the apartment was as shown in photos .. clean, spacious , fantastic view overlooking canal . The square had everything we needed ...supermarket, bars and restaurants
