Pro: Le ragazze che ci hanno consegnato le chiavi sono state disponibili e nonostante fossimo arrivate in anticipo sono state velocissime a portarcele e a mostrarci l'appartamento. appartamento vivibile al primo piano, bagno finestrato, due divani e zona cucina comoda

Contro: appena entrate in zona bagno/antibagno c'era un cattivo odore di chiuso/fogna. è bastato aprire qualche ora la finestrella in bagno per migliorare.

Pro: The appartment is very spacious, clean, and situated in a quiet area. The lady from the company which rents was very helpful and they were so nice to let us check in 1 or 2 hours earlier.Also, I asked for the receipt and they gladly provided one.

Contro: The mattress of the bed was so hard, not so good for my back. It would've been nice to have also a TV. Also, it might be a thing in Venice, I do not complain, but for the money paid, I expected a little more.

Pro: Me gustó la ubicación, la limpieza y dto completo.

Contro: No me gustó no tener una vista algo más abierta.

Pro: Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodne, posiada pralkę, suszarkę do prania, żelazko, więc jeśli pobyt trwa kilka dni, można odświeży garderobę (mieliśmy tylko plecaki na pokład, więc skorzystaliśmy, aby nie zabierać za dużo ubrań). Cicha okolica.

Contro: Wszystko się podobało, mieszkanie zgodne ze zdjęciami, więc nie mieliśmy negatywnego zaskoczenia.

Pro: La localització era molt bona. La cuina estava nova, molt ben equipada i van deixar alguns bàsics com oli, sal, cafè. La noia va ser molt amable i la comunicació pel tema claus va ser molt fàcil.

Contro: El llit no era del tot confortable, els coixins eren bastant primets. Els desaigües tant de la dutxa com de les piques de vegades costava que empassessin l’aigua i a l’estona en sortia mala olor, sobretot de la dutxa.

Highly Recommend but be there at check-in schedule, not earlier

Pro: The apartment is walkable from the train station, no need to take a water taxi. But since you are in Venice and will need to pass bridges, be ready to carry your luggage. The place is quite huge and complete for a couple. We appreciated the kitchen and washing machine - especially the stove as we were able to heat the pizzas we brought home there. The pantry had the basic necessities.

Contro: We waited quite sometime for the host to arrive. No major issue but it would have been nice if she was more mindful as we waited for 3hours (we were early for check in) - the apartment was already cleaned as we saw the cleaning lady leave, but we were not allowed to enter - and it was cold and raining a bit outside.
