Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno più indimenticabile.

Pro: L' appartamento presenta tutti i confort possibili, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, zanzariere alle finestre e sistema di condizionamento. La posizione se pur decentrata risulta comoda con i mezzi pubblici ( la fermata è a pochi passi). Supermercati e ristoranti a pochi passi. Ottima la pizza della pizzeria la foca che si trova nelle vicinanze anche con servizio a domicilio. Consigliatissimo.

Contro: L'appartamento era un po' impolverato, mancavano le capsule per la lavastoviglie.

Pro: Location is good. It's on Giudeca island, right in front of Venice old town. The vaporetto has a good frequency and takes you to Venice in a few minutes; also to Lido, Murano and Burano. It's better to buy a transportation card valid for several days, otherwise a one-way ticket is 9.50 EUR. The appartment was clean, spacious, with everything you need to cook, washing machine, AC, dishwasher, etc.

Contro: The beds could be updated - we did not sleep well and a bit more kitchen ware. Checkin is too early when travelling with kids/teenagers

Excellent location away from the busy main areas. Well serviced by the water bus and lots of restaurants and bars nearby

Pro: The location was great. At first we were concerned that we were not on the main island but soon realised that it was lovely to return to a quieter area after the tremendously busy main areas. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by.

Contro: The property could do with a lick of paint. Also, a tea towel would have come in useful.

Emplacement calme et appartement sympa

Pro: L'emplacement calme et sur l'île giudeca plus authentique! L'appartement est sympa et propre au sol ! Y avait tout draps, serviettes, matériel de cuisine et vaisselle....

Contro: Des moustiques, un accueil qui pourrait etre mieux (plusieurs appels avant ouverture, pas d'indication pour les poubelles), une bouilloire ou une vraie casserole avec manches pour servir du thé !

Perfektes Ap. für einen guten Aufenthalt in der Lagune

Pro: Das Ap. liegt sehr ruhig und hat in der Nähe ( ca. 4-5 Minuten) die Anlegestelle Redentore von dieser man eine gute Verbindung in die Lagune und zum Bahnhof hat. Im Umfeld gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Bars mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Lagune. Supermarkt, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Metzgerei ganz in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und umfangreich - geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es fehlt an fast nichts. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat bestens funktioniert.

Pro: Estrutura perfeita, boas camas 2 noites de muito silêncio com delicioso banho. O mercado perto da estação redentore é incrível e tem de tudo (a melhor sopa comprada em mercado que já tomei)

Contro: horário de check in 15h e checkout as 10h, principalmente na saída deveria ser 11am.
