Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento molto bello e molto curato

Pro: L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e super attrezzato, perfetto per godersi un soggiorno piacevole a Venezia. Si trova nel cuore della Giudecca, in una posizione comodissima tra le fermate del vaporetto Palanca e Redentore. La zona è ben servita, con ristoranti, supermercati, farmacia e tutto quello che può servire a portata di mano. Inoltre, l’appartamento si trova in un contesto affascinante e autentico, dove si vive la vera atmosfera veneziana: tra barche in lavorazione e artigiani all’opera, sembra di essere parte della città e delle sue tradizioni. Serena, la host, è stata gentilissima, professionale e sempre disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni utili.

Pro: Stayed here for three nights and loved it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and offered everything I needed. It located is slightly off the beaten track on the island of Giudecca, but it is still possible to see Piazza San Marco and Doge's Palace from there. Way less tourist here, and only a few minutes away from the center by Vaporetto (take lines 2, 4.1 or 4.2 to \

A great base to go out from.

Pro: The location is characterful and suited me very well. It felt like a view into working Venice. You have to be confident with the vaporetto to reach the place, so it might not be ideal for first-time visitors. The apartment is in a working boatyard so if you’re looking to stay in a palazzo this isn’t the place, but it’s great and off the beaten track.

Contro: The WiFi signal was good in the living room but poor in the bedroom.

Wonderful Spacious Flat with Easy Access to Venice

Pro: We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment on Giudecca Island! The place is much bigger than we expected – a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and roomy bedroom, a modern and spacious bathroom, and even a cozy mezzanine with an extra bed. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. The location is excellent – just a short walk to a grocery store and, most importantly, right next to the Vaporetto stop, which makes getting around Venice super easy. It’s a peaceful area away from the crowds, yet close enough to reach the main attractions within minutes. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again! 🌟

Contro: The apartment is spread over three levels – the bedroom and bathroom on one, the living room with kitchen on another, and a mezzanine with a single bed on the top. This layout adds character, but might be a bit challenging for older guests due to the stairs.

Pro: Beautiful, large apartment, with a very helpful host.

Contro: Steep spiral staircases may be a struggle for some people.

Pro: Beautiful apartment in an ideal location. Good transport links around Venice and islands with a variety of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. I hope to stay at this apartment again, in the near future.

Pro: Sur l'île de Giudecca, proche du vaporetto Redentore, ce joli appartement sur trois niveaux est charmant. Tout en haut, depuis la chambrette à un lit, la terrasse avec vue sur Venise, San Marco. L'accueil souriant et très professionnel apporte une touche appréciable.

Contro: L'isolation avec l'appartement voisin est perfectible. J'ai eu la chance que les personnes ont été raisonnables avec la musique: plus aucun son depuis 21:00.

Gute Wahl für ruhigen Kurzurlaub

Sur l'île de Guidecca, face à Venise, mais à l'écart de l'agitation de San Marco.

Pro: Bien situé, quartier calme, face à Venise. A l'écart de l'agitation de Venise, vie de quartier, facilement accessible avec les Vaporetto.

Contro: Il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Casseroles inadaptées aux plaques de cuisson. Mais globalement, appartement très apprécié.
