Splendid apartment at San Marco

Pro: Location is very central and still very quiet. Excellent apartment with all the equipments you need - not just an accommodation, you can feel really at home. Friendly stuff, we got a lot of useful information before arrival and during stay.

Relaxing stay in centre of Venice

Pro: The location is good, right near to the main square. There are many luxurious designer outlets near by. The host was super nice, the check-in experience was great.

Awesome, just made us felt it was too short a stay!

Pro: The apartment is cozy and quaint, but filled with enough amenities to make the stay a comfy one, i.e. washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, ovens, etc. Carla, the hostess, was right on time to meet us exactly where we disembarked from the private water taxi (which I have to admit was a luxury I was looking forward to!) Her explanations on directions, do's and dont's, etc, were clear and helpful. By the end of our stay, our sentiments were that 2 nights was too short for a stay in Venice. And when we do return, we will definitely look up Heaven Apartments again.

Contro: The heating seemed a bit weak on both nights, but not like to the point we were terribly discomforted.

Pro: The location was excellent. Perfectly situated. A very comfortable apartment and very clean. The owner/property manager Veronica and her team were so helpful before, during and after our stay. They also helped us to organise luxury private transfers. I would return to this property.

Very nice apartment close to every where we would like to go.

Pro: The apartment is very close to stores, restaurants and St Mark s Square, etc. The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wash machine in the apartment. When we arrived from the train station, Carla from Venice Heaven Apartments San Marco met with our family at the water bus station and walked to the apartment with us. She is an extremely nice person. She showed us the apartment and around to make sure we could come back to the apartment easily.

Great location, comfortable & clean

Pro: The location was awesome. So close to All attractions & transport. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. The manager Veronica was amazing, great communication, helpful & obliging & happy to give advice on places to go. Dead end lane so no through traffic.

Contro: I'm a light sensitive sleeper, so found the room quite light at night, but that's my problem.

Perfect.

Pro: Apartment is realy just a stone’s throw away from San Marco square (2 minute walk). Veronica is the nicest person and helps where she can. She recommended a restaurant and when the reservation did not succeed, she called the restaurant her self. She also arranged the transfer to and from Venice. I can highly recommend Venice Heaven Apartments.

Contro: Everything was perfect.

Everything about our trip, went to plan and we has a family enjoyed it immensely. We will be back!

Pro: Veronica, our host was fantastic. She advised us on everything that was required prior to arrival and well in advance aligned to how to get the the property with various well described options giving accurate and unbiased information on options to get the property by road and boat. On arrival by road and private water taxi which we requested Veronica to organise, Veronica met us at the landing berth of the water taxi which was within 3 to 5 mins walking distant to the apartment. On arrival at the apartment, Veronica gave a very detailed brief about the apartment, advise on local dining and trips and things to watch out for during our stay in Venice, which was greatly appreciated. In addition to this Veronica was in touch via WhatsApp everyday to make sure everything was ok.

Contro: Everything about our trip was superb. Although the private taxi services were on the high side, compared to local services, we as a family thought it was good value and a great service to be offered. Based on what we experienced, unless you are a seasoned traveller to Venice and you know how to get around, I really do recommend you book a private taxi service. You need to also be aware of the prices within the main St Michael Square. Cost of food and beverage is very high. If you move 2 or 3 streets back from the square prices are a lot more reasonable and if I am honest, a lot better quality. with not as much hassle.

Pro: The apartment had all the facilities listed absolutely lovely venue. Veronica was a great host always gave great recommendations and organised our transfers.

Excellent stay

Pro: The property is in a great location, right in the middle of everything - shopping, bars, restaurants etc were all at our doorstep, though the apartment itself was fairly quiet. We had everything we needed, the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
